In the castle, the staff were enjoying their last few moments before the last petal fell. Lumière was dancing with Plumette.

"At least he has finally learned to love." He said optimistically.

"A lot of good that does us if she doesn't love him in return." Cogsworth pointed out.

"No. This is the first time I've had any real hope she would" Mrs. Potts said.

In the distance, the neighing of a horse could be heard.

"Did you hear that mama?" Chip asked, climbing on the window sill. "Is it the princess? Is she coming back?"

The staff all climbed onto the window sill as well, trying to get a peek out the window.

"Could it be?" Lumière questioned. Lumière looked out the window to see a massive wave of people marching towards the castle.

"Sacre bleu! Invaders!" He called out.

"Ruffians!" Mrs. Potts chimed in.

"Well there you go. So much for love." Cogsworth said. "Man the barricades! And hold fast!"

The staff all rushed to block the entrance.

"Move aside!" The Maestro called out, pushing himself against the door.

Staff: "Hearts ablaze, banners high. We go marching into battle, unafraid, although the danger's just increased."

....

Mob: "Raise the flag, song the song here we come, we're fifty strong, and fifty Frenchmen can't be wrong! Let's kill the beast!"

The villagers started ramming their battering by ram into the door, breaking a piece of it off.

...

(Y/n) peered through the bars to see the man guarding them pacing around.

"We have to warn the beast!" She said.

"Warn him? How did you get away from him?" Maurice asked.

"He let us go Father." Beau said. "He sent us back to you."

"I-I don't understand." Maurice stammered.

Beau pulled out the rose shaped rattle from his pocket and handed it to Maurice.

"Where did you..." Maurice questioned, becoming more confused.

"He took us there. I know what happened to Mother." Beau confessed.

"Then you know why I had to leave her there. I had to protect you. I've always tried to protect my little boy. Probably too much." He said.

"I understand." Beau said. "After all, I've been protecting you." Beau turned to (Y/n), taking her hand in his.

The girl looked up at Beau and pressed her lips to his.

Maurice raised his eyebrow at the two. "Well it's about time. At this rate I thought Beau would never make a move." Maurice said, making the two laugh.

"There some more thing we should probably tell you..." (Y/n) began. "The beast, he's my brother."

"What? Brother?" Maurice asked.

"Yes. I got my memories back while I was at the castle. I know who I am now." (Y/n) explained.

"Is he really your brother?" Maurice asked again, still shocked by the news.
