~Tom's POV~
November 2nd-3rd, 2018
Y/N & I were at the aquarium for one of our date nights. The whole time she was zoned out and looked very off. Earlier I heard her cry but when I asked her what's wrong she told me she was fine. I was driving us back to her house. I stopped at the stoplight. "Are you sure you're okay," I asked. "Yeah, I'm fine just tired," she said.
~Y/N's POV~
I'm not okay. I keep getting tagged in tweets saying I killed Mac & that hurts me because deep down I think it's true. I really don't want to worry Tom about what's going on. Tom went to his hotel for the night. He wanted to give me space while he was in LA. I showered and did my nightly routine before going to sleep. The problem was I couldn't sleep I was overthinking. I started silently crying.
I reached over to my nightstand to grab my phone. I called Tom. "Hey Y/N is everything okay," he asked. "No, can you come over," I said sniffling. "I'll be over in 10 minutes," he said. I hung up watching tv to cheer me up. 15 minutes later I heard a knock at the door. I ran downstairs to get the door. I saw Tom and immediately hugged him crying."It's okay I'm here," he said. "What's wrong," he said. I opened my phone and showed him all of the posts. "You need to think positive you have this badass song that came out like 45 minutes ago," he said. "It's already 9 I won't be able to see you in the next couple of days because of the music video," I said."Oh I'll be there," he assured me as I was laughing. "I can ask if you can be an extra," I said looking up at him.
I woke up the next day to tweets shocked about Thank U Next coming out. I saw that Thank U Next was #1.
