Chapt. 20

Cams POV

I go up stairs and check the time on my phone, 4:30 pm. I go upstairs and put on a button-up shirt and some dress pants. "Hey mom dad are y'all ready to meet his parents and him?" I say walking down the stairs. "Yea I have cookies and lasagna ready." Says my mom. "Yea I guess I'm ready."Says my dad. "Ooh~ I'm so excited to meet him! How tall is he?" Says my mom. " 6 foot." I say on my phone, texting Jordan.

Me- Are y'all on the way?

Jordan- Almost waiting on my parents.

Me- Oh alright I'm so nervous.

Jordan- Me too, we are in the car on the way there now!

Me- Alright I'll see you when you get here byee

Jordan- Alright byee

"Guys their on the wayy!" I say excitedly. "Okay." Both of my parents say. My mom's finishing up the food and making sure it's hot. My dad's in the bathroom making sure he looks nice. I'm sitting on the couch watching TV. Soon after they follow and join me. Knock knock knock...
"They are heree!" I say opening the door. "Hello." Says Jordan's mom shaking my mom's and dads hands. His dad does the same. "Cam you really got you a good one." My mom whispers over to me. I playfully hit her. "Sit sit!" My mom says. "I cooked something if y'all get hungry!" My mom says. "Ok, honey let's sit and get something to eat." Says Jordan's mom to his dad. "Jordan you can eat too." I say looking at him. He wore a button-up shirt and dress pants too. I grab me a plate and sit next to Jordan and eat my lasagna. "Mmm! This is good!" Says Jordan's mom.

I finish off my food and grab Jordan's empty plate. "I'll grab that." I say. I walk over and begin to wash the dirty plates. The parents finish eating and go sit in the living area to talk. All I hear is money, work, me and Jordan. Blah, blah, blah. Me and Jordan are still sitting at the island in my house. "Wanna go up to my room?" I whisper to Jordan. "Yea sure. To get away from all this." He whispers back. "Mom, I'm going to bring Jordan up to my room." I say. "Alright well be down here talking, well call yall if we need y'all" My mom responds. "Bye Jordan!" Says his mom. We walk upstairs and close the room door. He sits on my bed and looks around my room. I turn on the TV and play some music. I sit with him. This is awkward.. I say in my head. I can hear the parents downstairs laughing. They probably have some type of drink with them. Just drinking and talking.

I really just wanna kiss him. You know what fuck it. You only live once. I say in my head. In a sudden move Jordan turns and looks at me. "Why are you looking at me like-" I get out of my mouth. He kisses me and we begin to makeout on my bed. He begins to leave little kisses on my neck. Suddenly, we have to stop, to a knock on the door. "Yes?" He answers. I struggle to try to fix my wrinkled clothes and try to button my shirt back. He opens the door to his mom with a glass of wine in her hand. "Hey yall come downstairs." She says. "And Cam your parents are very funny." She says. We walk downstairs and sit on the couch. "First things first, Jordan would you wanna spend the night here?" Says my mom.

"Yea sure." He says. "You can stay if, you tell us how y'all met!" Says Jordan's mom. "Well we met at this party and I approached him and we hit it off, and we kept seeing each other in school so I took it as a sign and shouted my shot." He says. "Yup, a lott of People don't know but its alright." I add. "Well at least we know. " Says Jordan's dad. "Well pick you up around 3 pm since you dont have school." Says his mom. "Alright." Jordan responds. "He can sleep in my room I have enough space." I say as I close the door as they walk out. "Well I'm going back to my room, Jordan you can follow if you want but I'm tired. Goodnight. " I say as go upstairs. "Goodnight." Says Jordan. I glance behind me and see Jordan following. I go to my room. I sit on my bed and Jordan follows. I hear my parents room door close. He turns "Now, where were we?" He says.
