I watched as the blood oozed from my skin, it cascaded in the most beautiful red that only blood could be, for a moment I forgot about everything, including my intense hangover.
Buzz buzz!
My phone vibrated loudly. I tried to ignore it, suddenly my phone started to ring.
'They say the teenagers scare, the living shit out of me' Gerard ways voice sounded, I groaned and rolled my sleeves down, before glancing at my phone.
"Who the hell is Batman?" I grumbled, I mean I know who batman is, but of corse I also knew that if he existed he sure as hell wouldn't talk to me.
I slid my finger across the smooth serface and pressed the phone to my ear.
"H-Hello?" I groaned, my voice frail, sounding more gross than I usually do.
"Hey Butterfly," I could hear a grin in the husky voice on the other end of the line, and a hint of panic, "I thought you died of alcohol poisoning."
"You live litterally across the street," I stated, now catching on it was Vince, "Why didn't you get off your lazy ass and walk over here?"
"Because your parents are phycho," Vince chuckled on the other end, "me and Kira had to get you back through the window without getting caught. I had to hide in the closet, you went and threw up and your parents started like... Asking so many damn questions.
Fuck you're good at acting you know that?"
I put my face in my palms.
"Alright who put my glasses on my face?"
"Your parents. I didn't know you wore contacts," he responded nonchalantly.
"Yeah yeah, I know, my vision is a lie. I'm actually fairly close to being legally blind," I chuckled, heading into the bathroom, I put him on speaker and brushed out my hair, "Remind me why I set your name in my phone to one of my childhood heros?"
"Oh yeah! Drunk Ella and me bonded over batman last night!" Vince exclaimed, refurring to drunk Ella as a whole new person.
"I'm glad you and drunk Ella got along so well," I grinned, pulling my hair back into a ponytail, and wiping excess makeup off my face.
"She's a hot mess, life of the party," I glanced down at my phone, noting the time.
"FUCKING SHIT!" I exclaimed, attempting to dash but slipping on some towel my sister had left on the bathroom floor.
"Whoa! You alright there butterfly?!"
"It's almost 12:00! My parents are going to flip! Why aren't you in class?!" I exclaimed, getting up, I snatched my phone and set it on my bed, grabbing my cloths, a batman tanktop, black with a yellow bat symbol, circled by a pink line, and big grey sweatpants from the boys section of stitches. Fuck girl sweatpants, they suck.
I ripped off my cloths, and put on my new ones,
"Chill..." Vince simply replied, "I'm home today, and so are you.
During your blackout your parents told you that you weren't going to school."
I let out a huge sigh of releif, my heart slowing, "you could have started off by telling me that! Numbnuts!"
I could hear him laughing at me, and I couldn't help but chuckle as well, his laugh was contagious.
"Well. You are going to meet me out front right away, and we are going to have a movie marithon.
I've got gingerail, cigarettes, an empty house, Advil, and a couch just waiting for you," I could hear that cocky smirk, my heart skipped a beat, a smile rising to my face.
"I don't have a choice do I?"
"Nope," he replied simply.
"Will you make me pancakes?"
"Yes...."
"Orange juice?"
"Yes...."
"Eggs?"
"You're pushing it Ella,"
I chuckled at his response, shaking my head, "alright alright, I'll be out in a minute."
"Great! See you!" The line then died, I swear I could feel my blood beating, it was actually quite painful on my head, my stomach clenched and turned.
My eyes moved to my arms, well shit... This wasn't specail anyways, he has a girlfriend, a girlfriend who means a lot more than me... A girlfriend who was pretty and smart and everything that I am not.
Why do I care anyways?
I'm a peice of shit.
Turning to my closet I grabbed my long greyish black knitted sweater, the back was black lace, but the sleeves were long and wool. As well as the sides and front, though there was nothing to do it up, more like a cover up than anything.
I pulled it on, it ended just past my butt.
Perfectly hidden.
I snatched my phone up and shoved it into my sweater pocket.
I went upstairs slowly, feeling nauseous, nobody was home.
My dog rushed me, a black golden doodle, beautiful face, such a sweet pet.
I stood in the landing, slipping on my flats, she sat at my feet, looking up at me with her big brown eyes, tilting her head.
I sigh and knelt down petting her, playing with her floppy ears.
She wagged her tail and nuzzled my hand as I kissed her muzzle.
"I'll be back later baby girl," I smiled at my dog, "see ya later Belle!"
I stood up straight and exited my house, still feeling extreamly gross.
The light burned my eyes and caused me to wince in pain at the way the brightness effected my body.
"Yo Ella!" I heard that rough voice, blinking my eyes, they adjusted to the bright lights,
I could see a lazy day Vince run into the street.
I groaned and walked me way over, he was approaching quickly,
"Oh sh-!" Bam! He smacked into me, lifting my body up in the air, spinning me around.
"I'm gonna barf!" I exclaimed, my stomach turning, Vince set me down, and turned me away from him.
I crumpled over and heaved, my stomach letting go of acid and whatever the hell else I had.
My body trembled as it finished throwing up my guts.
"God butterfly how much did you drink?" Vince was there, patting my back, an arm around me to make sure I didn't face plant into my own puke.
"Too much," I grumbled,
"No shit, Sherlock," he chuckled, and suddenly lifted me up, carrying me bridal style.
"So you making me pancakes?" I grinned,
"I make THE BEST pancakes. You won't beleive," he replied, carrying me into his house.
The blinds were shut, the windows all covered and shut, the darkness comforted my migraine.
Suddenly I was flung into the air and harshly caught by the rough, yet comfy, couch.
"Gental!" I exclaimed.
"I forgot you're so fragile," he stuck his tongue out at me.
A tongue peircing?
How come I never noticed?
"When did you get that done?" I asked, completely ignoring his taunting.
"Oh back when I was 14. I've got a couple of buddies in that business," he grinned, "I'm thinking we should get you peirced."
"Yeah right you know how fast my parents would kill me?" I shook my head, shifting to get myself comfy on the couch.
"We're doing it!" Vince grinned widely.
"When?" I tilted my head,
"Today... After pancakes and a movie." He chuckled, and went to the TV, popping in "batman begins"
