Taehyung pov:

Take rest baby, I'll be right back!", I said walking out the door after putting on my boxers. I know it was rude to leave him alone there after what we just did, but I can't give him hope that we could be something. I could see it in his eyes, he wanted me to stay next to him but he wouldn't ask me because I told him this meant nothing. I need to call Jennie and tell her I'll be late.

"Hello Jennie, can we meet at 6, I might be a little late"

"Sure, but are you okay? You'd never be late to talk about her, you'd always be in a hurry.", that's true I really bother her a lot asking about Nina all the time. And this time she really did have some message to tell me from her.

"It's nothing, I just got held up. Gotta finish that work, I'll be there at 6"

"Okay Tae, meet you then.", she replied and hung up the phone.

It was 4 pm now, I had 2 more hours till I meet her, I went back to my room to see Kookie who was already asleep, he really was something, he made me want to control him, punish him, in bed I mean. I've never felt that with anyone, the need to be so dominant. It's like I can't control how I am with him, he is really enjoying it too I can see that. I don't want to overthink about what will happen later, I slipped into the blanket next to him, hugging him from the back.

2 hours later....

"Tae, wake up your phone is ringing"

"Mhhm let me sleep..", I mumbled.

"Someone named Jennie is calling you, is it an important call?"

"Oh shit!! What is the time??"

"It's 6, why? Do you have to be somewhere?"

"Oh shit I forgot I need to meet her, Kookie can you wait for me here I'll be back in 1 hour, or if you want to leave you can lock the door and go, but will you be able to walk??"

"Umm...", he stood up from the bed, trying to walk and ended up limping, groaning in pain.

"I don't think I can walk thanks to you!", he complained. I laughed at him with a smirk on my face, " It's your fault after all baby, you shouldn't have made daddy angry", the hell what did I just say, I wish I was drunk right now so atleast I can blame the alcohol for the way I'm blabbering, but I'm very much sober.

"I'll wait, I don't think I have any other option do I ?"

"No baby, I'll be right back", I said giving him a kiss on his cheek. I put on my clothes and left to meet Jennie.
I would get some answers today at last.

"Your late Tae? Are you really okay??", she seemed worried.

"Uhh I am don't worry. I told you, just got held up with some work."

"Ok cool"

"So did you talk to her? What did she say?"

"Yeahh I did, I've been trying to talk to her from last 3 months but she wouldn't talk to me and yesterday at last she said she'll talk to me."

"I know she wouldn't talk to anyone, not even her parents, I don't know what to do anymore"

"The thing is I don't know much but I'll tell you what I know. She didn't tell me why, she said she can't be with you anymore. She asked you to move on and leave her, but she wouldn't tell me the reason."

"What? What is wrong with her? Why does she want to keep pushing me away?. The day she left, she left me a message on a paper, telling me the same thing, 'move on don't wait for me', why is she doing this?"

"I don't know Tae but if I knew I would tell you, but she would not tell me or anyone."

"Okay I'll figure that out but you met her right? How is she? Did she look fine? Is she eating well?"

"I don't know what to say, she looked okay but she hasn't been going out at all, just locked up in her room 24/7, she quit her job too"

"What? When?, I thought she took a holiday."

"She did take a leave but later she resigned" , I really don't know what to do she will not meet me or talk to me, how can she do this?

"Okay thanks Jennie, and I'm really sorry for bothering you a lot."

"Hey common you are my friend too, and I'm really worried about her, you can ask me anything I'll help you out"

"Thank you so much Jennie"

"Okay then bye Tae meet you later"

"Yeah okay bye", I left going back to my house.
