Life without Kenma? Part 4

The doctors told Kuroo that.

"Kenma suffered from short-term memory lost."

Kuroo broke down just hearing those words made his heart throb.

Kuroo couldnt stand it, his soulmate lost his memory and couldnt remember anything about Kuroo.

Kuroo had to move on but something in his heart wanted to help Kenma.

But it sounded like Kenma did not want help, its like he wanted to be left alone, not wanting anything to do with Kuroo.

Kuroo only thought in his head was.

"why couldnt i save him, why did i fall for that waiter guy, why did it have to end like this."

Kuroo was going through a lot but, Kenma was going through more.

A life without Kenma, Kuroo couldnt imagine anything like that. Maybe in his nightmares, but not in real life.

Kuroo knew he had to move on but he couldnt.

He went to Bokuto for help, but Bokuto knew Kuroo did something wrong.

He said to Kuroo.

"You have to figure this out yourself, its your fault he did that, you fell for another guy. You made a huge mistake."

Kuroo knew he did something wrong but he just wanted help.

Kuroo decided to go to therapy. He knew he did something wrong he just wanted someone there to help him.

Kuroo started getting nightmares. Kenma was in it saying.

" Its your fault I forgot about you. Its your fault I wanted to die."

He woke up in the middle of the night yelling.

He stopped going to the cafe, and he stopped seeing Tsuki. He just wanted to see Kenma he just wanted to hold Kenma in his arms again.

He wanted to see his favorite person in his life.

Kuroo started getting eye bags, he stopped eating, he stopped sleeping, he stopped going to work, he stopped showering.

A few weeks after, he was going to get fired if he did not show up.

His therapy was helping him a bit.

He knew he had to get all fixed up again.

But this one time he was talking to Bokuto and Akaashi about Kenma. But Kuroo was joking with something he said but he was actually saying what he wanted to say.

"Part of me is still waiting for Kenma to come back."

"What, still? Kenmas not coming back bro, Kenmas gone."

"Look I know alright. I know. Its just, I mean I still don't have feelings for him..... but i do in a way?"

Kuroo then started crying, he thought his therapy was actually working, but it just got worst.

He started off with putting Kenmas stuff in a box, and shipping it to Kenmas mom. Kuroo and Kenmas mom met a couple of times when his mom came to Tokyo to see him. Kenmas mom loved Kuroo, she thought that they deserved each other. 

Kenmas mom has no idea what happened between them. She just knows that he got hurt and has memory loss.

Kuroo then took s shower and ate a proper meal. His eye bags started to go away, little by little.

Kuroo started to go work again he needed the money to get food and pay rent for his house.

One day Kuroo and Kenma ran into each other at the cafe they used to visit. Kenma couldnt really remember who Kuroo was but he knew Kuroo and him met at a hospital before.

Kuroo wanted to run up to him and hug him, but he decided to respect Kenmas boundaries. Kuroo walked out of the cafe with his heart beating fast, and his breathing being heavy.

Kuroo kept looked back on what Kenma said to him.

"Do I know you?"
