Stevens eyes jolted open that's the last thing he remembered after that was just pain his eyes started to open wider as he realized where he was, he was on the beach surrounded, surrounded by his family all crying and relieved, he was back but he wasn't smiling he looked down at his body he looked normal again, but he started to get a feeling, he felt... Weird, something was off he heard some thing,GeT Up, STeVen HeLp, LeT mE In PlEAsE!!! , steven looks around for the voice but can't tell where it came from, would be pretty hard to try and figure out anyway everywhere Steven looked he saw teary eyed faces and heard worried voices, and as Steven starts to come to become more aware he thinks i know what the weird feeling is, Stevens stomach growls and everyone goes quiet, garnet bursts out laughing and Then so does everyone else, but Steven stays quite he notices something he wasn't just hungry his head was in a major amount of pain he felt his body failing, was he dying it hurt everything hurt and his vision was going black, as he fell onto his back on the verge of passing out he spoke his final few words, garnet is everything normal again?, yes replied a teary eyed garnet taking off her visor, steven stay with use came pearls voice faint but there, but everyone was seemingly falling away from him leaving him in darkness he was alone, again... in a deep sleep but this time he didn't know if he would wake up

pearl picks steven up panicking realizing the best idea would be to get him to a hospital pearl starts rushing in the direction towards the hospital as pearl is running Stevens nose starts to bleed its to dark to tell but steven is changing physically very quickly,Greg pulls up now driving next to pearl and opens the passenger side door (Greg) hop in pearl it's quicker, pearl jumps in the car (pearl) oh I hope he is ok (Greg now crying) I'm sure he is he's a strong kid he's steven I believe... We all believe in him, they pull into the hospital and hop out in rush running inside full speed a hyperventilating pearl is trying to explain what is happening, they rush over with a stretcher and put steven on it Greg follows but pearl doesn't go pearl just cries and then leaves with no other choice not wanting to cause a scene.

Greg is walking next to the stretcher noticing that Stevens form has changed they hook him up with a IV and one of those masks that help you breath, Greg didn't know what they were called but he knew they helped, he sat there and he waited a crying worried mess for three days only leaving for the bathroom but still being quick and on the third day he sat staring at steven who had been in the same position for three days feeling his hope draining with no word from the doctor, what could they have even done no one there was trained for... gem stuff,
But then something happened.

Stevens pov
Everything is dark but then there is a pink glow, I have to squint at how bright it is but my eyes slowly adjust,
Its me...
Well pink me, (pink steven) why do you restrain?, what I ask very confused

I was cut of as a big flash of pink it burnt my eyes and I find myself yet again adjusting to another brightness but this was different, this one was real, I was awake I try to sit up I'm to weak I feel something start to hurt on my back near my...Butt...A hard pressure, I instinctively roll onto my side in an attempt to remove the pressure and it worked I heard a voice, oh my g..., i close my eyes shutting the voice out just wanting to rest the, but then i feel a pain shoot through my body and my eyes immediately flew open and started watering, AAH, I started making weird pained noises, its all I could do I couldn't speak even if I tried, as quick as the pain started it was gone, well I wasn't going to close my eyes again I was wide awake, I was on alert now I sit up and i look around realizing where I was, I was in a hospital, I could feel my mouth again I reach up to touch my chin but then I notice my hand It had claws or talons I couldn't tell actually both my hands did but I could tell my feet had claws the were short but still sharp but my feet were shaped slightly different definitely not a human like shape, I notice my hands weren't the same color Neither were my arms nor my legs, I was cover in pink scales that's why I wasn't the same color I could see most of myself considering I was in one of those hospital gowns, like the ones in movies I giggle to myself at the thought, (Greg) I didn't expect you to laugh, Ah!! When did you get here? (Greg) I've been here stew ball um... Its been a long three days I was so sca, THREE DAYS? (greg) yea? three days, I'm here for you buddy, I hugged my dad and he starts tearing up,
c-can we leave?,
(Greg) Sure stew Ball, now where's that doctor, I take this time to stand up and stretch my legs but I realized there was an IV in my arm I pull it out and put my finger on the small wound to slow the bleeding there's a cabinet with first aid written on it I walk over and open searching for a bandage luckily I find one and put it on to stop the bleeding as soon as I finished my dad walked in with a doctor
(Greg) whoa stew ball i-i didn't think you'd be able to walk already
(Dr Megan) hello my name is Dr Megan, I was here for you physical but you seem more physically cable than most people here,
uh thanks I guess, (Dr Megan) so guess you can just go get checked out you seem fine, you know besides the skin and horns and tail but we can't really he..., tail? I look behind me and see a spiked tail swishing slowly back and forth,

Are you ok ? We were so scared, pearl comes running up the stairs she jiggles the door knob, I don't have the energy pearl... I'm tired I need rest, (pearl) but we have to talk abou... about my outbursts, about my glowing, how about no, I'm tired not just physically but mentally too I'll figure things out on my own, you guys caused this I told you guys to stay away, but you didn't you pushed me over the limit, do you not have faith in me? you didn't do the right thing then, do the right thing now (pearl) s-steven *sniff* o-ok well i-ill see you in the m-morning, yea maybe, pearl walks down the stairs slowly, I flop onto my bed, I turn to turn my lamp off to got be realizing it wasn't on. I start looking at my hand I notice I was glowing again
So... Ah y-you startled me, sorry, w-why am i still glowing, oh that's your body's physical appearance being changed when the change is complete the glowing will cease, but our powers are a lot more sensitive it takes a lot of energy to change form especially when its permanent, so that's why I was losing control, affirmative although i understand how you could have thought this to be my fault I do not blame you for hatred of me, i-i'm sorry I didn't realize... I close my eyes wait do you hear that, hear what?, go to the stairs, why, just do it, steven gets up and walks over to the stairs making as little noise as he can and starts to listen
