~Hunter's P.O.V.~
When the doctor said those few little words to me, I felt my heart breaking into a million tiny pieces.
"What's the problem doctor?" I say while fighting back the tears.
"Well physically she has 4 cracked ribs, but that's not the worst part, I am not exactly sure how this happened, but her kidney was punctured with one of the cracked ribs and as you know, Danielle only has one kidney. She will need a transplant soon. I am deeply sorry for everything. You may go in and see her now."
"Thank you doctor." I say while trying to fight the tears. Once the doctor walks away I turn to see Dalton with tears at the corner of his eyes. I can't help the growl that begins in my throat.
"You did this to her. Yo-"
"Man I am so sorry! Can we go see her first and then you an beat the living crap out of me?" Dalton says.
"Yeah let's go." I growl while standing up and not even bothering to wait on Dalton before running to my angel's hospital room. I sling open the door before seeing the worst thing ever. My angel lying in a hospital bed with tubes coming out of her arms and mouth. She slowly turns her head and smiles when she sees that it's me.
"Hunter!" She squeals while reaching out for me.
"Hey angel." I say while pulling up a chair beside her bed and giving her a quick peck on the lips.
"I want to go home Hunter." Danielle whimpers while looking at me with those beautiful eyes.
"I know that you want to go home angel, as soon as we can I will take you home, then start looking for a donor."
"A donor for what?" She asks while looking at me confused.
"Your kidney somehow got punctured by one of the cracked ribs, and you will need a transplant soon."
"But what if I don't find a donor?"
"Then I guess you will die." I whisper because it hurt me so much to think of losing her.
"But I'm too young to die Hunter!" Danielle squals before burying her head in my chest crying.
"Baby it will be ok. We will find a donor for you." I say while rubbing her arm soothingly.
"How?"
"Because I'm going to donate one of my kidneys to you."
