Thers always a time in a girls life, when she feels cursed. Or crappy... you know... Its very hard to ignore what comes at you. All these so called 'tasks' come at u like bullets from a gun, one after the other. Piercing through our brain and heart. Which can be a major disaster.
Here are some ways you could cope with them:
a) you can sit down and cry!
b) you can also remember all the good things in life.
c) and a more helpful one is to trust and tell yourself who you can trust! Wheather it be a friend, your mother or your siblings. Just someone you can trust and share all this with. Talk to them!
d) and lastly try and remember all the good things youve done. People you have pleased. And all the people that love you!To me the best option was the first and last one. But mostly the first.... ;-)
