Nah... not really! Im sure you judge yourself saying im fat!!! :-(. Well fat isnt fat. To be fat is actually to be obese... which as you all know is worse! So next time when thinking of calling yourself fat, know that you are in a way insulting your body.
Its ok to have creases on your stomach! Flat stomachs, slim thighs and in general the perfect body isnt the ideal thing. Yet even i think about it! Its good to be healthy and maybe chubby. Flat stomach doesnt go for everyone, nor do the others mentioned above.
If you want to start... then break it down and start small. EAT HEALTHY! Thats the main things we need to focus on! That doesnt mean to cut down completely on sugar, because you need a boost, treat and glucose! Here are some suggestions for sugar:
- treat yourself only on the weekends, if you have eaten healthy, controlled (atleast)!
- know when its right to eat! What to eat?
- and the most helpful one is to think of eating a fruit, vegetables or even nuts when ever thinking of eating anything of sugar.If you want double up a notch to reach your goal... start building a stamina! Its important to be fit and for that you need a stamina. Heres a suggestion/idea:
