Stiles never went back to the house that night, he stayed up all night coordinating with the werewolves and the vampires. They would meet in the morning, and Bella was forcing Edward to take her with him.

"What is going on between you and Rosalie?" Edward asked Stiles as the sun started to rise.

"You're the mind reader, you tell me," Stiles said.

"I can't," Edward said.

"What?" Stiles said, confused, and he raised his eyebrows expecting an explanation.

"I haven't been able to read her mind since you saved her," Edward told him.

"Do you... have any idea why?" Stiles asked hesitantly.

"Unfortunately, no," Edward replied.

Stiles let out a breath,"We can worry about it later."

Time Skip

The first thing Bella saw when she drove up to the training sight, was Emmett flying through the air, having been thrown by Jasper.

Emmett shot up, an angry look on his face,"Again!" He said, starting forward.

"My turn!" Stiles announced, and Emmett grinned sadistically, but when they saw Bella they stopped.

"They're here," Edward informed them.

Everyone looked to the treeline as eight giant wolves came into view, each one glaring at them with their animal eyes.

"They don't trust us enough to be in their human forms," Edward informed them.

"They came," Carlisle said,"That's what matters."

Bella's eyes went to a russet brown wolf,"Hey, Jake," She said.

"Would you translate?" Carlisle asked Edward and he nodded and he turned to the pack,"Welcome. Jasper and Stiles have different experiences fighting different creatures. They can teach us how to defeat them."

"They want to know how the newborns differ from us," Edward said.

"They're a great deal stronger than us, because their own human blood lingers in their tissues. Our kind is never more physically powerful than in our first several months of this life," Carlisle said.

"Carlisle's right. That's why they are created. A newborn army doesn't need thousands like a human army. And no human army could stand against them. The two most important things to remember are, first... Never let them get their arms around you. They'll crush you instantly. The second... Never go for the obvious kill. They'll be expecting that," Jasper said.

"And you'll lose," Stiles finished, walking away from the crowd of people,"Emmett?" Stiles said, and the hulking brute also walked into the middle,"Don't hold back," Stiles told him.

"Not in my nature," Emmett replied, an evil smile spreading across his face.

Rosalie watched them nervously, she knew no one could match Stiles in his Beast form and part of her wanted to beg Stiles to shift, but she bit her lip to keep herself from saying anything.

Bella's breath caught as Emmett ran at Stiles, and he spread his arms, inviting the attack.

When Emmett collided with Stiles, he dug his feet into the ground, kicking up dirt as they both slid across the ground.

Emmett's arms were around his middle as he tried to football tackle him.

Stiles brought up his knee and hit Emmett with brutal force, stunning him long enough for Stiles to throw him off of himself, and as Emmett stood he was thrown against a tree with a hand wrapped around his neck. Stiles squeezed his throat hard enough that cracks spread across his ice cold neck.
