Stiles and Bella stepped out of the truck, surprised to see Rosalie talking to Charlie, smiling and laughing with each other.

"Okay, Rosalie, don't be a stranger," Charlie called out as Rose waved goodbye to him and approached Stiles and Bella.

"Your alibis for the battle have been arranged," Rosalie informed them.

"Really?" Bella asked in surprise.

"I told your father that Stiles and the boys are going camping for the weekend," Rosalie said,"So you, Alice, and I will be having a sleepover at my house. Charlie's going fishing anyway."

"O-Okay," Bella said, not accustomed to Rosalie being so nice.

"Since when are you on a first name basis with Charlie?" Stiles asked Rosalie.

"I'm not dating his daughter," She reminded him, raising an eyebrow, and she turned to Bella,"But tonight you and Edward will have the house to yourselves."

"Like alone?" Bella asked.

"Definitely not," Stiles said, making both girls look at him,"What you told him I was going camping with the guys this weekend so I'll be fine. And I'm not leaving Prince Charming alone with you."

"He's too old fashioned to do anything anyway," Rosalie mumbled.

"Yeah, maybe he's just trying to hide something embarrassing," Stiles said,"You don't think he's a eunuch, do you?"

Rosalie laughed, while Bella punched him in the shoulder.

"I mean it would make a lot of sense," Stiles said,"Your boyfriend's got no balls."

Frustrated and embarrassed Bella went into the house.

"So where are you going?" Stiles asked Rosalie.

"Hunting, we need to be at full strength for the fight," Rosalie informed him,"What do you do to get stronger?" She asked curiously.

"I get mad," Stiles said while shrugging,"The adrenaline, heat of the battle, that makes me stronger."

"Is that the only thing?" Rosalie asked.

"It's the easiest way," Stiles told her.

"What if you didn't have to get angry?" Rosalie suggested,"What if you had something to fight for instead of just getting mad?"

Stiles paused,"I never thought about that," He admitted.

Rosalie smiled at him, about to walk away, but Stiles caught her hand.

"Wait," Stiles told her.

Rosalie looked back to him, and Stiles kissed her, not like a lover's kiss, but one that provided comfort, like a husband kissing his wife goodbye.

"What was that for?" Rosalie asked when Stiles took a step back.

"Because I wanted to say goodbye," Stiles whispered to her.

Rosalie's smile widened, turning she went back to her car and Stiles walked into the house.

Stiles was happy as he walked into the house, walking into the kitchen silently as Charlie and Bella continued their conversation of the values of marriage.

"You definitely don't wanna have to get married, because you weren't... careful," Charlie said awkwardly.

"What?" Bella replied.

Stiles raised an eyebrow, looking between the two of them, making the wise choice and remaining silent while he just enjoyed the show.

"Look, you know what I'm talking about. There's... Things that you need to think about, if you... If you're gonna be... physically intimate," Charlie said, wincing at each sentence he tried to finish.
