I fell to the ground, red blossoming my white dress shirt. I put pressure on it, trying to stop the bleeding. I grabbed my phone from the ground, dialing my best friend.
Maggie answered on the first ring. “Hey, Al, what's wrong?” she asked.
“I need you to get to my house now and call Nikki.” I said, naming the M.E.
“Okay, I'll be right there. “ she said, hanging up.
I dropped the phone on the ground, and winced. Holding as much pressure as I could. I groaned, praying that Maggie and Nikki got here fast or I was going to be dead.
Everything started to get blurry and fade. I fought to keep my eyes open but that wasn't going to happen.
I could hear a voice, but it wasn't Nikki or Maggie. But it didn't matter, I was dead either way.
Everything disappeared. I could feel someone standing in front of me.
Something was shoved up against my mouth, it tasted like blood. I tried to pull away and something pressed on the back of my head, forcing me to be still.
I gave up. At least if I die, Kellin won't be looking for me.
That was my last thought before everything was gone. I died cold and alone.
This is the story of how I lived and died.
