Now for a good start, I'll just show you which characters are which signs! (I'm going by sth I found and I'm pretty sure It's from the peculiar calendar so there's that)

Cancer- Abe ~ June 22nd
Leo- Bronwyn ~ August 2nd
Virgo- Miss Peregrine ~ September 13th, Fiona ~ September 18th
Libra- Claire ~ October 13th
Scorpio- Emma ~ November 9th
Sagittarius- Millard ~ December 2nd, Enoch ~ December 3rd
Capricorn- Olive ~ January 8th
Aquarius- Jacob ~ February 3rd
Pisces- Horace ~ March 5th
Also, this is going to be based on the books! So for the first three chapters, you'll probably just need to read the first book (or really if you just watch the movie you'll be okay too,) but later on, I recommend checking out the first trilogy. Also just so you know when there will be a chapter that's like 'who's got a crush on you?' or sth like that I'm not gonna include Olive, Claire and Miss Peregrine (also Addison but I think that's obvious.)
