Bakagou Katsuki was orphaned at 9 years old.
It was scary, but having no parents wasn't completely different to when he did.
After a few weeks of staying at his foster home, he received one of the greatest phone calls of his life.
"Yes. We have a Mirajane Strauss requesting you move to the orphanage she's stationed at. Fairy Tail Orphanage. Would you like to?"
He couldn't imagine saying no that day.
As time went on he found a home at that place. The people inside the place were home- his family.
They excepted him and all that came with him.
"YOU BASTARD!!"
"GET BACK HERE BEFORE I-"
"You damn extra"
"Oh yeah bug eyes?!? Just wait till I-"
They helped adjust his point of view on certain things.
"Cant you see, Katsuki? You don't need a quirk to be someone important, someone special."
"Yeah im quirkless. And?! Did you see how high I can jump to hit the ball-!"
They supported his dreams.
"A hero? Like that Allmight? That's great!"
"U.A. High? The hero school? Well- I know you can get in big brother!"
"Your one of our hero's big bro! Now our hero will be everyone's hero! Just remember we're your first ever fans!"
"Follow yours dreams, Katsuki. Just remember, all you have to do is turn around to know your never alone. We'll always be there for you."
They sent him off to follow his dreams with huge smiles on their faces and tears streaming down their faces. A simple hand sign rested on each of their hands, high in the sky.
"I may not be able to see you, there may be hundreds of miles between us, but I'll always be looking your way. I'll be watching over you forever."
He felt loved.
