Eren, Gido and Kaval were currently walking down the street in Blummund. As usual, they were assigned another mission by Fuze: To investigate the Jura Forest, right after they came back battered and bruised. Once out of earshot, they immediately badmouth him.
"HE IS SUCH AN ASS!" yelled Kaval.
""You're excused" he says... like we should be grateful for only 3 lousy days off!" yelled Eren.
Gido simply ignored them. It was then that the group was approached by a raven black haired individual.
"Excuse me." she asked. "Did you guys say that you were all going to the Great Forest of Jura?"
"And what if we did?" asked Kaval.
"If possible, could I accompany you all as well?" she asked.
"Sure thing!" interrupted Eren.
"HEY!" yelled Kaval. Eren, however, completely ignored him.
"I'm Eren, that's Kaval, and that guy behind me is Gido. A pleasure to meet you!"
The black haired woman with a mask simply nodded.
"My name is Shizu."
The three then agreed to meet up in three days, before heading over to the Great Forest of Jura.

Rimuru was hopping along. It should be about time that the idiot trio showed up. The dwarves were already teaching the goblins the ways of smithing, crafting, and the like. And more goblins showed up, so Rimuru had to name them all again. No way he could remember what he named each goblin, so Ciel stepped in and helped.
Rimuru suddenly heard cries, so he hopped over in the general direction. Not long after, he could hear their screams. Those dunces, they were currently running away from a Giant Red Ant. Scratch that. Many Giant Red Ants.
"THIS WHOLE MESS IS YOUR FAULT KAVAL! WHAT KIND OF GUY GOES AROUND STEPPING ON GIANT ANTS' NETS?!?" yelled Gido.
"SHUT UP AND SHOW YOUR LEADER SOME RESPECT!" answered Kaval.
NO! YOU HAVE AN END TO MY RESPECT!" yelled Eren. "IF I DIE HERE I SWEAR I AM COMING BACK TO HAUNT YOOUUU!"
"That's not going to be possible, Eren, and you wanna know why?" asked Kaval. "BECAUSE I AM GOING TO BE DEAD ALONG WITH YOU!"
Understandably, it was Shizue who suddenly turned around to confront the ants. Her starting move was to immediately blast all the ants with her fire. Following up her initial attack, she then went from ant to ant, slicing off limbs, burning bodies, as if she were dancing. Rimuru, now taking a closer look, realized that Shizue was extremely skilled. In fact, her skill with the sword could rival Hinata, it was just that their base strengths were different. That and Ifrit was screwing Shizue over.
Shizue, unaware of Rimuru who was currently observing her, cut apart another ant, before somersaulting over it, flaming blade in hand. She paused, taking a look at the remaining enemies. 8 enemies, nothing she couldn't handle, but her time limit was fast approaching. She bolted from the dead body of the ant she just killed, slashing another's head clean off. Using her momentum, she twirled sideways in the air, before slashing another ant in half.
Noticing that her time limit was almost up, and desperate to end it, she blasted all the remaining ants with a sudden wave of heat, which incinerated them all. Thinking the battle had been won, she let her guard down. A grave error.
One ant had survived the barrage, and was now poised to attack her. Shizue, exhausted, then fell down to one knee.
["Master, each of those ants are are at a level of B+ to A- rank"]
"Sheesh. No wonder Shizue struggled against them. She could easily dispatch one, but dozens? With Ifrit being uncooperative? No way."
Rimuru then activated {Black Lighting}, and destroyed the last remaining ant, before introducing himself to the gang.
He hopped over, grabbed Shizue's mask, and handed it back to Shizue.
"Sorry about that, hopefully I didn't hurt you with that {Black Lighting}."
"It's fine, I wasn't hurt in its blast, don't worry." answered Shizue, as she took back her mask from Rimuru.
"I really did miss her..." thought Rimuru. "She is not dying this time..."
The group then followed Rimuru to the village, where they immediately set upon the food they were offered. Rimuru simply watched as the group started to eat like hungry wolves, excluding Shizue of course.
"So, welcome to our humble little village." said Rimuru.
Eren smiled. "Yes, it truly is amazing, I never thought that a slime and goblins could co-exist peacefully like this."
Gido nodded. "Yea. I thought other monsters ate slimes?"
It was at this moment that Rigurd showed up. Hearing this, he immediately called him out.
"YOU WILL REFRAIN FROM THOSE LIES IMMEDIATELY!" yelled Rigurd, with a slight panicked expression.
"Rigurd, it's fine. I know some monsters eat slimes. Don't worry about it." reprimanded Rimuru.
"Yes Lord Rimuru!" said Rigurd, while kneeling.
Rigurd then left to attend other business, while Rimuru turned to the group, however...
"HOLD UP! You're the leader?!?!" yelled Eren.
Gido and Kaval nodded and stared in shock.
"YUP!" announced Rimuru. "My name is Rimuru the slime. I'm not a bad slime slurp!"
As expected, Shizue then choked on her food.
"So, what are your names?" asked Rimuru out of courtesy, but completely ignored their answers. He already knew their names, after all. He then ignored their whole story as well. He already heard it once, and so far, surprisingly, no differences from the previous timeline. It seems that he managed to cover up what happened previously.
