You put colors in my colorless life,
You bring joy to my unfortunate situations,
You light up my darkest life,
You cheer me up whenever I'm down,
You're always by my side when things get rough.
You've been good to me, despite my unpleasant attitude towards you.
How can you be so good when I tend to push you away?
How can you be so understanding when I'm not?
I know I was never been a good friend to you.
What did I do to deserve a friend like you?
Through this poem, I wish you'll know that I'm grateful to have you,
That I'm sorry for being rude and mean sometimes,
That I silently care for you.
Because of all the good things that happened to me, I just want you to know that you were one of the best.
