"you know, y/n. i really think it's a bad idea to wear white shoes in training." uraraka said as she glanced down on your feet.
"i'll just punch those who ever step on it." you shrugged as the both of you walked through the hallways.
monoma, tetsutetsu, and kendo were walking back to their classroom and you saw them from afar.
"oh shit it's monoma." you gasp and inwardly fangirl.
jesus christ it's still early in the morning and this man is screaming hot all over.
"wipe off your drool, y/n." uraraka grimaced and you immediately wiped the side of your mouth.
"he's getting closer!" you whisper-shouted when you and uraraka are close to walk past monoma.
monoma and his friends were just talking to themselves when he caught sight of two 1-a students.
he smirks and was about to say one of his degrading lines when he accidentally stepped on your shoe.
"sorry!", "thank you!"
the two of you stared at each other wide-eyed as uraraka and monoma's friends had their mouths open.
"huh?!" uraraka shrieked as she heard you.
"did she just say thank you?" tetsutetsu audibly asked and that's when your words finally sinked in.
holy shit. i was just thinking a while ago that i'd thank monoma even if he steps on me but i didn't think it would really happen.
"i mean it's okay!" you blurted while stuttering. monoma raised an eyebrow in amusement.
"let's go, ochako!" you said. you grabbed her hand and dragged her away from the embarrassing scene.
"i can't believe i said that!" you said to yourself as the both of you arrived in the girl's changing room.
"said what?" mina butts in.
"she said thank you to monoma from class 1-b when he accidentally stepped on her shoe." uraraka said and mina burst into laughter as well as the other girls that were listening.
"why would you even say thank you?" momo asks between her giggles.
"a random thought popped in my head that even if he'd step on me i'd say thank you." you whined and leaned your forehead against the lockers.
"i bet you'd even be grateful if he killed you." mina said and laughed.
"no cap." you said as you sighed dreamily. "oh to be killed by monoma." you said with a small smile.
"she's gone crazy." uraraka says and shakes her head in disappointment. "crazy for him." you said and winked.
all the girls exit the changing room to go to the training grounds.
"what do you even see in monoma anyway? he's all over degrading us." mina asked and uraraka nodded in agreement.
you shrugged. "aside from being hot, he's actually very kind to his classmates." you said.
"you should confess." mina squeals. "she'll probably get rejected for being in 1-a." hagakure jokes.
"you're right. he'd probably reject me without a second thought." you said and frowned.
"you won't know until you confess!" mina urged.
"do you want me to get rejected that badly?" you unbelievably asked.
"no, silly! try to get closer to him." mina said and you began to think.
how do you even get closer to someone who hates you?
you sighed. "i'll just watch him from afar and die when he finds someone else." you dramatically said and frowned.
