Patrick Stumph is just coming off of a loss when he meets Pete Wentz. His dad died (not that he liked that old fucker anyways), and he has just moved to Chicago. He drops the 'h' and gets a new hairdo.
Patrick studied criminal profiling and psychology in college, working for the police department in Evanston. He gets an offer from the Chicago police department to come help with a case, and it's paying big money so Patrick packs his shit and moves to Chicago for as long as this case takes.
What he doesn't plan is meeting Pete Wentz, a cocky bisexual germaphobe with a bad past that might be a little too much for him to handle.
Pete is the detective that's heading the investigation. It's his first one to head, and Patrick reminds him of that every chance he gets.
Really, Pete shouldn't like Patrick that much, he really shouldn't. He has a wife, but there's no hope in that. Why does he like the sarcastic blonde boy with the fedora that hides behind his glasses so much?
Guess we'll find out.
