Okay, it's says in the title, and secondly, I will mention my OCs but I post some of my art I draw for my friends. At least if they got deleted by accidentally, I'll use this book to get my photos.
Alright I planned drawing another one and I decided to use this as tutorial for those who want to draw dragons or finding a new style of drawing them. This will be useful for you (I was given a book that could help me but the problem was when I drew the dragons, their shape and hands, and feet didn't go as I want so I made it simple for me to draw it much better.) And a note:
These drawings were on paper but Wattpadwouldn't allow it for some reason and I changed it to a pdf file. So if it's not clear, I am so sorry and you may look at my other drawings of dragons. That can be your reference.
Step 1:

So the first thing is to draw a line. It will be useful for the next step. This gives you an idea what you want your dragon to look like. For this, I am making this dragon stand on all fours.

Start drawing circle on where the head, front legs, and hind legs would be. When I draw dragons, I draw at least three circles even though when it has no legs or just having wings. It is just to make sure that the tail is not too long or too short.
