WHY??

Flashback 7 years ago-

Seokjin was sitting outside of the OT chamber in the hospital. Her wife had given birth to a beautiful baby girl a while ago. He has become dad. It was obviously the best happiness for a father.

But as well as he was happy, he was broken also. His heart where filling with contentedness also his heart was shattering into pieces.

Why did she hide from him? Why??

He covered his face with his palms in order to hide his tears which was flowing non stop. After wiping tears, he decided to go inside. He shouldn't waste time. With that he got up from his sit and stepped ahead to the chamber where Y/N was.

He pulled the door and stepped inside. There she was lying down on the bed. Her face was moved to a little side. He slowly went near to her. As soon as he sat in front of her, she opened her eyes.

Those are that glistening eyes for which he could die thousand times. But these eyes were like neutral to him showing the inner pain of her.

He caressed her cheek slowly and softly. She smiled weakly to him.

-"A daughter." She said in weak voice.

He nodded smiling a bit. But soon a tear dropped from his eyes and she noticed it.

She tried to get up and he helped her. She then looked at him .

-"Why are you crying?" She asked.

He didn't reply.

Y/N understood that he had known everything. She then cupped his face by her palms. He couldn't control it anymore. He quickly pulled her into hug and bursted into tears.

-"Why Y/Naah, why??? Why didn't you tell me earlier??" He said crying heavily and hugging her more tightly.

She broke the hug and wiped his tears using her thumbs though her eyes were also glistening with tears.

-"Cause I love you both." He looked at her.

-"Hmm.. I love you both. Do you remember when I was passing my first week of pregnancy what the doctor said? She said I'm carrying a small placenta. I can't conceive second time."
She said as her tear were flooding in her cheeks.

-"But you had BRAIN TUMOR. and you lost a lot of blood." He said in a little bit high pitch tone. After all he was broken from inside fearing of losing his BELOVED.

-"I found out when the fetus was 3 months old. I couldn't abort it Seokjinaah, I couldn't. I couldn't be the selfish mother. Please do understand me." She said in pleading eyes which he noticed and looked down not able to bear her pleadings.

She took his hand and shook a bit.

-"Look at me. I know I don't have too much time. Do promise you'll do care of our love. And if possible please do find a good and caring mother for her."

Hearing her last sentence, he again hugged her.

-" I can't do that. Please don't tell me that. You're the one whom I love from my core of heart. You're the one who owns my heart. Then how can I? Please I promise I'll take a good care of our child. But I love you and I can't give your place to another one." He said patting her back.

Suddenly he felt wetness in his shoulder. He broke the hug and to his surprise it was blood dripping from her mouth. She felt on the bed as he broke the hug.

-"Y/N! Y/N!! Y/N!!!!!!! Noo!! Y/N...!! Doctor!!! Doctor!!!!!" He called the doctor.

The doctor pulled the white cloth on her mouth and ordered to take stretcher.

"Why? Why you left me Y/N?? Why???"

Flashback end

He shot opened his eyes. There was some wet material in the corner of his eyes. He was having flashback of his wife. He quickly wiped his tears and got up.

It was been one hour since the doctor had taken Ara for test. Suddenly the doctor came out and stood near to him.

-"Mr.Kim, please come with me." The doctor said and went to a room followed by Seokjin behind.

-"Please have a sit." He gestured.

-"Doctor, what's the matter?" He said getting impatient.

The doctor sighed heavily.

-"See Mr.Kim, I have the reports of your child in my hand. I had seen them. It's really matter of sorrow that she's a patient of BRAIN CANCER. Actually a tumor was in her brain."

-"B-But wh-when??" He said managing his shock.

-"I think it's from last 2 years. It has turned out cancer now. So we have to keep her here in our observation. You have to admit her here. We'll give her daily therapy as well as medicine. But though I'm feeling bad but nothing is in our hand. We'll try our best. After the therapy the operation will turn out as a two terms. I can give assurance only 30%. So please prepare yourself for upcoming."

The doctor stood up and left the chamber leaving Seokjin behind.

Maybe history repeats itself. Again he was feeling the same tenderness like 7 years ago. Will he again lose his BELOVED? Why God is always being cruel with his fate? WHY??
