Chapter 1: Runaway

Professor Kukui asked us to train while he goes to get some files. So here we are training and joking around. Not Lillie though, she wasn't here today because she is sick. I decided to listen into Lana's and Kiawe's conversation, after all Lana always has the wildest stories to share. "Then Kyogre came splashing out of the water causing a large tidal wave!" Lana throws her hands up in emphasis how big the wave was. "If Kygore splashed out of the water the waves would most likely be bigger then that." I tell the two.

"How would you know that?" Lana asks turning to look at me. "I've meet Kygore before during one of my adv-" I get cut off before I can finish. "Ash don't lie, you couldn't have meet Kygore, we all know Lana hasn't and is just joking but you saying that you've just straight up saw it, don't joke like that." Mallow tells me now with the group. "I'm not lying Mallow, even if I was Lana does the same thing." Okay, I'm getting pissed. "Because its Lana she's just entertaining us!" Kiawe snaps at me. Nebby starts crying, so I go and pick her up. "Shh, it's okay Nebby. Don't cry." I rock the baby pokemon in my arms. "Don't ignore us Ash!" I snap my head in the direction of the group, scaring them. "I'm not," I hiss out, "I was comforting my baby." Kiawe starts to glare at me. "You were ignoring us. How would you know Kygore?"

I was about to smack someone, I mean I would but I'm holding my baby. "I've been in every region excluding Galar. I've stopped mutiple evil organizations, I've meet and saved most of the legendaries!" I glare at them all. "How in the world could you, one of the most childish people I have ever meet." Mallow crosses her arms as she says that.

Kiawe takes a step forward towards me and I take a step back. "Kiawe back off..." I growl at the taller boy. Nebby starts to tear up again. "Its okay my dear little one." I hush the cosmic cloud. "Ash, Nebby is not you baby..," Kiawe reaches forward just to pull his hand back after a shock hit his hand.

"What the fuck was that!" Kiawe holds his left hand close to his chest. I glare at him as he looks around, most likely looking for Pikachu. "She is my baby, Kiawe." Lana was now also glaring at me. "First you lie about meeting Kygore, then you say that you took down evil organizations, and you then hurt Kiawe!" Lana launches forward trying to grab Nebby but she is stopped by Lycanroc. Lycanroc was snapping his jaw at her.

"Lycanroc no." I tell the pokemon as he leans against the front of my legs. Lana takes a step back as Lycanroc growls at her. Pikachu was by my side now and so was my other pokemon. I click there balls returning them and letting Pikachu hop on my shoulder. I turn and run, not wanting them to take my baby or continue to yell at me.

I run out of the school's yard running by Team Rocket's malasada van, hearing them shout in surprise. I didn't care I just kept on running. I push myself to go faster when I hear footsteps behind me, not wanting to be caught of guard I don't look behind me.

I footsteps stop suddenly but I don't turn to see why, I just use that as a way to get away. I looked at a dark alley and run into it hiding behind a dumpster. Nebby yawns and nuzzles against me falling asleep. Yeah, I'm exhausted too, I think I'm going to shut my eyes for a little.

Jesse

James and Meowth were playing cards with each other. Wobbuffet sleeping with Mimikyu on his head. We were waiting for the school to get out so that we can get sells. "Do you guys feel that?" James asks standing up. "Yep, trouble a brewing." Meowth answers hopping up on to the counter.

I lift my head when rushed footsteps are heard. "What in word is going on?" I lean slightly over the counter to look direction of the school's entrance. Just then the twerp runs by, anger and shock mingled in his eyes. "Twerp!?" We all shout in surprise, just to be ignored. Then the school twerps minus the white dressed twerpette all ran out chasing the main twerp.

"I don't like this." I frown as the others nod. I turn towards them smirking. They figure out what I was thinking and nod.

We throw our disguises off revealing our Rocket outfits. "To the ballon!" James shouts out.

We were floating above the school twerps. Mimikyu throws a shadow ball at the ground infront of them making them stop chasing our friend, yeah I said it the main twerp is our friend.

"Prepare for trouble!"

"And make it Double!"

We all smirk in glee as they look up at us in shock. "Not you th-" I cut off Water twerp rip off, "Yes, us three! What did you brats do!?" I shout at them. "What did we do? We did nothing!" The shirtless one glares at us as he says that. "You must have done something! We haven't seen that look in the Twerps eyes in forever and we would have liked it if we never had to see him like that ever again!" James shouts looking ready to launch himself overboard, thank god that Meowth was there holding him.

"Mimikyu would you help me out?" I ask my dear haunting pokemon. Mimikyu just did his normal noises. "Ky-ky" Mimikyu launched an even bigger shadow ball at the jerks.
