You looked up and your eyes met the gaze of a short orange-haired boy running in their direction. A smile spreads across your face as you give a small wave to the boy.
"Shoyo! Want to walk to school with me?"
Shoyo gave you a quick nod and flashed you a smile before taking off toward the school while shouting.
"RACE YA!"
"HEY, NO FAIR! YOU CHEATED!"
You shouted back as you began to sprint after him.

Y/N'S POV
"Y/n!"
You jump as you're pulled out of the daydream. You look up to see who was shouting only to be met with the furious eyes of the teacher. Your eyes widen in fear.
Oh no, not again...
You open your mouth but before you could say anything you're met with a slip being slammed onto your desk. Your mouth presses into a straight line as you grab the slip and sigh. A few laughs and whispers could be heard around the room which only made you more embarrassed than you already were. You rest your head onto your hand and look down reading the slip trying to tune out all the whispers.
Turns out you had to clean the classroom alone after class. Not the best but not the worst. At least you weren't cleaning the bathrooms like last time.
You set the paper down as you look back up at the board. You quickly wrote down the notes you had missed while in your daydream. Sighing you started fiddling with the corner of your paper.
That was until you felt someone kick the back of your chair. Quickly you turn around seeing a few kids snickering.
You gave them a confused look as you mouthed the word "What?".
The boy sitting behind you leaned forward.
"Ya know he doesn't like you right?"
He whispered while snickering.
Who?
The boy must have noticed the confused look on your face because he answered before you could even ask.
