Chapter 2

" So what do you want to talk about dad?" I asked my father

" Desmond we have a family tradition that after completing RPA every heir of our family goes study to Azbakan Academy for studies and I want you to go there for your studies too."

"But dad I want to go to chivalry hall to be a knight ."

" I am not done yet , that school is a prestigious school if you want you can take the training to be a knight there too. It depends on the course you take . But there is only one problem you are going to live there at king Roland' s mother castle for next 3 years and you are not allowed to come back and spend your vacation here nor you can contact us or any of your friends before 3 years."

" Dad I don't want to stay away from my friends for 3 years . Isn't there anything you could do to change the tradition."

" You have one option if you do not want to go for your studies in Azbakan"

My eyes lit up

" What is it?"

" Either you have to go to study in Azbakan or be betrothed to princess Charlotte."

What the ?

Never in the million years I was going to marry Princess Charlotte, she was an annoying princess who only goes after famous princes to get popular( not that I am popular),besides my heart belongs to Princess Amber whether we are together yet or not and my dad knew it very well that I will not agree to marry any Princess who isn't Amber , so I would have no choice but to go with the first choice.

" uhh......" That was the only sound that came out of my mouth. He rendered me speechless

And looks like he knew that he had convinced me to go to that damned school whether I am going to admit it or not

" I hope you are going to get to a decision and tell me about it when you get to the castle." He said before he started to leave.

" By the way, Princess Sofia is also going to Azbakan Academy with you that is one of the reasons you are staying with King Roland' s mother because king Roland wants Sofia to get close to her grandmother.As they are not close enough and also because she lives there."

" That means Sofia is aware that she is going to study in Azbakan Academy. Why didn't she told anyone?" I thought to himself.

" No, she doesn't know that she is going to study in Azbakan Academy, King Roland is talking to her right now ." My father replied.

Did I said that out loud .

" No you did not said it out loud . You're just easy to read." He said while chuckling.

" Hmph" I pouted and he laughed

With that he walked away and I also got to the guest room and changed my clothes and when I exited the guest room I saw Sofia in her night clothes walking towards the sleepover room and looking upset so I walked up to her.

" Hey Sofia! " I said and she jumped and put her hand on her chest and the look on her face was hilarious like that of a scared cat .

" Oh hey Desmond ! You scared me." She said and I laughed.

Typical Sofia she is not even angry

" So what did your dad said about going to Azbakan." I asked

Sofia face change into an upset one and she muttered under her breath.

" Either go to Azbakan or betrothed to Prince Maxwell"
