~Tzuyu POV~
After a lengthy bus ride that consisted of Wonyoung and I disrupting the peace by blasting music in the back of the bus while the others tried to sleep, we were pulling up at the port. To Jungkook's dismay, we were separated into different vehicles, me in a bus with other castes like mine, and him with their respective 2's inside their own cars.
I stepped down the bus and stretched my arms, my bag hung over one shoulder and my suitcase in the other hand. I nodded at Sana who passed by as she stepped down and approached the others. "You coming?" She called back to me. I smiled at her and nodded. "In a minute!!" I yelled back, making her nod and continue walking.
"Hey."
I jumped and almost dropped my suitcase, cursing slightly as I righted my suitcase. A chuckle sounded behind me, making me whip around and glare at the heir. "You have got to stop doing that." I scolded him, making him chuckle once again. He reached for my suitcase and pulled it to his side, causing me to sigh in exasperation. "You really have to hang out with your friends." I told him as he drew me to his side, smiling and kissing my cheek. "They can wait." He waved a hand around carelessly while rolling his eyes at me playfully. "Lisa's gonna take me away as soon as we're gonna board anyways."
"Yah Jungkook!!"
"Actually, she's gonna take me away right now."
I laughed and shoved his shoulder away playfully, making him grin mischieviously and stumble back a step, bringing me with him. "Go." I shooed him away, failing miserably as he ignored me and placed both hands on my sides, pressing my back against his front and tickling me. I shrieked out in laughter, writhing against him in protest as I scratched his hands in an attempt to get him to release me. "Jungkook!!" I screamed in protest, making him chuckle and bury his face in my neck, his warm breath sending shivers down my spine. "You're adorable." I heard him whisper against my skin.
"We really have to go, you two." Chaeyoung interrupted as she approached the two of us. "I'm pretty sure Tzuyu can't swim, Jungkook."
I could practically feel the said 1 roll his eyes even with my back facing him and his arms tight around my waist. He sighed and pulled his face away from my neck, pressing a kiss to my cheek before walking the two of us forward with him still stuck to me. "Let's go then." He murmured, making me let out an exasperated breath and attempt to step forward with him, but only barely stopping the two of us from falling onto our faces. "Kook, really-"
"Alright! Alright!!" He relented, pulling away from me completely and walked back to get my suitcase, coming back to link his arm with mine. "Come on, princess." He pulled me along, causing me to smile and walk alongside him, resting my other arm on Chae's shoulder."Hey, do you think we could do that one Titanic scene?"
"....seriously?"
"Yeah!! I can be Rose and you can be Jack!!"
"...not the other way around?"
"Why not? It's about time you initiated a hug."
I gave him a look, grinning a bit at his overjoyed expression. He was practically skipping to the boat. "I'll think about it." I said, making his face light up while Chaeyoung glanced at the skipping Jeon. "Why do you want to be Rose?"
"So I'll know if Tzuyu wants to hug me or push me off the boat."
"Well... now that you suggested it..."◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇◆◇
I didn't push Jungkook off the boat. That was a missed opportunity, but there were a lot of people also pulling a Jack and Rose so it seemed disrespectful for me to push Jungkook off.
He did end up pulling a Rose and jumping over the railing, posing like goddamn figurehead for the boat."You really have to stop clinging to me, Kook." I told him as he wrapped one of his arms around me. He just grinned cheekily at me and pressed his lips to my hair. "You smell nice." He complimented softly as we stepped down from the boat. "Jungkook, where the heck are you taking me?" I asked, the loving exasperation almost permanent ever since this trip started.
"To the others." He answered simply while pulling me towards where Nayeon and Jennie are.
"Kook, I can't go there." I protested gently, making him stop in his tracks and turn to me, those big doe eyes of his almost making me regret protesting. "What?" He asked, his bottom lip jutting out in an adorable pout. "Why not?"
I sighed, smiling at him and squeezing his hand while my other reached for the handle of my suitcase that was still somehow in his grasp. "You seem to be forgetting that I'm part of the lower castes," I reminded him. "I'm a 5, Jungkook. And just because we're courting doesn't mean. I can't place myself in stuff that you guys are privileged to."
"But they hate you there!!" He objected, walking closer to me and gripping my hand tightly. "How can I make sure you're safe when you insist on staying away from me?"
"I'm not insisting, Kook, I don't want this either," I said sadly. "But I know where I'm supposed to stand, and as much as I want to be with you all the time, I can't- you can't force everyone to like me."
He looked dejected, his bottom lip jutting out more as he looked down at me with his big doe eyes. I smiled reassuringly and reached up to kiss his cheek, pulling my suitcase to my side. "I'll see you later, Jungkook."
