(FYI: Throughout this book I switch to new characters POV's which will alternate between Tilly/ Olly/ Artie)

TILLY

I wake up. It had got colder so I put my black hoodie on. Lizzie lies beside me inside her sleeping bag. The door of the tent is zipped tight shut.

"Lizzie" I whisper pushing into her side.

I hear a moan "Go away" she says quietly. I flick her pony tail and unzip the tent.

The suns still up but it's got colder. "Come on Liz" I say over my shoulder "I want to explore!"

I hear something move inside the tent and then Lizzie appeared. "Let's go then Tills, the adventurer" said Lizzie yawning, I laughed.

"Which field should we go in?" I asked reaching back into the tent to get my camera, phone and LIFE festival bag we got given when coming in. Lizzie takes out her leaflet again.

"The main field, the red field, it is good because it has a lot of food stalls and drink stalls. There is a big stage there. This is where lots of bands play there when it's past 10:00. The pink field is good for shopping. There are lots of stalls there that sell clothes and other stuff. It is also where the singers play without the music. You could call it acoustic I guess. The orange field is a campsite and both have showers and some toilets in a corner. The Blue field is a campsite too. The yellow field is where some other bands play and people who play music with no singing. There is the green field which has nothing in it and you can sun bathe there I suppose." I nodded.

"So we want to go to the pink fields?" I said.

"Okay" answered Lizzie "but I want food soon."

Lots of people were at different stalls. We passed rows and rows. Some were food stalls and we stopped for late lunch.

I bought some jasmine scented perfume and a crown of roses to sit on your head. Lizzie bought some face paints and she painted a moon on one of my cheeks and a star on one of her cheeks. We ended up lying in the green field.

"What time is it?" I asked quietly. The green field was a quiet place. There weren't many people here and I didn't want to disturb the silence. It was nice not to be stuck in a crowd.

Lizzie checked her watch "Only 6!" I smiled happily to myself. If only I could freeze that moment. Me and Lizzie under the shade of a few trees. The warmth of the sun all over our bodies.

"Come on then" said Lizzie "Time to get back!"

I shook my two small plaits and closed my eyes. "Who's playing tonight?" I asked.

"Not many. The real music kicks off later in the week."

I stood up and brushed the grass off my trousers.

OLLY

I looked into the small mirror in the portable toilet. My black hair flipped over my face. I sighed and shook it, so it was messy, with my hand.

As I came out the door someone pushed past me desperate to get in. I shook my head and walked over to where my brother stood.

Everyone always thought of me as Ben's little brother. My dad was always going "Why can't you be like your brother Ben?" well that's the problem because I'm not like Ben and I never want to be like him.

Just because the only clothes I do wear are black, grey and white and the only colour I've ever worn is blue it doesn't mean you should judge me. Everyone in my school calls me the little 'Goth boy' as a joke. I like the idea of me being a Goth. It sounds scary and dark. Bens polite and wears bright colourful clothes, like shirts with flower patterns and stuff like that. Ugh! He's funny and friendly, or so my mum says. But I don't see the point being polite to people you don't like. And for me that means almost everyone.
