Note: Your quirk is Death Sentence which allows you to sentence people to death based on their inherent goodness that is based on the life that they have been living. By extension, you are also able to sense whether a person has done only bad things throughout their life, or if they deserve a better one as they've been doing nothing but kind acts all the time.

Y/N POV

Flashback 11 years ago

"Mom! Mom! I'm so excited to know my quirk! Can we please go already pleeaaase!" It was my 4th birthday and, as all others my age, I was ecstatic to get to know my quirk already. It was a lovely morning – waking up to my family singing happy birthday and getting ready to go see the quirk doctor. Nothing could describe how happy I was that my dream of finally becoming a hero was one step closer than ever before.

"Sweetie are you ready to go?"

"YES! Let's go go go!!"

"Aww there's my lovely baby." My mom chuckled as she went into the car.

It didn't take long for us to get to the hospital, but once we were there, we had to wait for our turn. We were seated next to a family of 5, but they were weirdly quiet. I assumed the youngest one of them is the one to be assessed for their quirk.

They were called in first and at this time, I was getting restless. When it was finally our turn, I stood up immediately only to see that family of 5 with the youngest one... crying? Why is he crying? Didn't he get an awesome quirk? Why does his mom look sad and his dad angry?

So many questions were swimming in my head but I couldn't think about those right now. I decided to memorize the kid's features and his family for future reference. His dad has red hair, mom has white, oldest brother I assume has red hair, the middle sister has white with streaks of red while the youngest has all white. Cool I got some of their facial features down too.

⁂⁂⁂⁂⁂

As we entered the room, I decided to leave that family in the back of my head, reminding myself I'd get back to it as soon as I'm finished with this quirk assessment.

After about 45 minutes of tests, the doctor was ready to share the results of the tests.

"Alright Mrs. L/N, I'd now like to share the results of this quirk assessment. The first thing we did was to find out if he had a quirk in the first place. As we can see by the x-ray of his foot, he has a single joint in his pinky-toe. This means that he does have a quirk. The next step is to find out what. After doing more x-rays, CT scans, and tons of other tests, I've found that his quirk is very unique.

There has been no such quirk as the one he has thus it is his choice to name it. In essence, he can sense a person's "goodness" or "badness" based on the actions they've done throughout their lives. With this, he can cause people to die depending on certain criteria based on said senses of good or bad within a person. We don't know if there is a positive aspect to the quirk, but so far, all we know is that "bad people" will die from his quirk."

This was amazing. I finally know what my quirk is and I can actually start training!

"So kid, what would you like to call your quirk?"

"Uh uhhh how about... Death Sentence!"

"Ooh cool name I like it"

Little did I know that I was going to suffer for the next 2 years of my life.

Fast forward 2 years

It's been 2 years since I discovered my quirk. At this time, I still don't get to eat anything and I can't even leave my room. I'm put under very strict rules that will have bad consequences when disobeyed. I'd be called a villain, I'd get beaten, quite possibly stabbed, and would bleed until I either regained consciousness or woke up in a hospital. I know my mom would never bring me to the hospital with the abuse she gives me, so it must be dad who was bringing me to the hospital.
