Forced marriage (part 1) (angst, fluff)

House: Slytherin.
Blood-status: pure-blood.
Year 7 (end of 6th year)

You were back home from Hogwarts, you saw your parents looking at you and your sister, Astoria with a serious face. "What's going on?" You asked. "We have an announcement" they responded and you looked at them, confused. "One of you will be getting married to Draco Malfoy" they said. "WHAT!" You yelled. "ME! ME! ME!" Astoria yelled. "She can take it, I don't want it" You said. "It's not your decision to make, his parents are choosing, they are coming tonight" they said. "They will be asking you questions so be honest with them, don't give them dumb answers, Y/n" my mother said as you rolled your eyes. "You can't force me to get married" You said. "Actually we can, you're our daughter" my father said. "You aren't the one getting married, I am" Astoria said. "I don't give a fuck" you responded. "Get dressed" he said. "I prepared a dress for you two" mother said as she went upstairs with you and Astoria. The dress was beautiful, it was red with rhinestones and red flowers, a corset style. While, Astorias dress was an elegant dark green lace with rhinestones and black flowers. "Why does she get the prettier dress?" Astoria complained. "Will you shut your mouth for once?" You said. You changed and your mother was doing your hair while you were doing your makeup, you sighed. "Mother, can you please convince them not to choose me?" I asked. "I'm sorry, I can't do that, honey" she said and you huffed. "You're all set" she said and you looked at yourself from the mirror and smiled. "You're beautiful" she said and kissed your cheek.

Astoria was already downstairs and you heard the Malfoys, you were going downstairs and all eyes were on you. You saw Astoria glaring at you and you rolled your eyes. You had many reasons as to why you didn't want to get married to Draco Malfoy, you had to admit that he was attractive and handsome. You two were enemies because you compete on who has the best grades and he would spread fake rumors and make your life a living hell. He was looking at you, you couldn't tell if he was mesmerized or annoyed to see you. "Y/n!" His mother said as she hugged you and you hugged her back. "You look like a princess" she said and you smiled while Astoria gave you dirty looks. "Will you stop giving me those looks?" You said, irritated. "We will start with Astoria" they said and Astoria smiled. "You have to drink this" they said and she looked confused. "It's veritaserum, truth telling serum" they explained, your mouth was wide open, shit. She drank it and made a weird face because of the taste. "How are your grades?" They asked. "I got Acceptable in potions, DADA, transfiguration, and charms" she said. "Poor in Herbology and care of magical creatures and dreadful in history of magic" she added, you snorted. Mother and father looked angry because she lied about her grades, Lucius shook his head. "Do you cook?" They asked. "No, I don't even know how to turn a stove on" she responded and you giggled. "Are you a virgin?" They asked, what if they want a girl who is a virgin, shit. "No" she replied, Draco didn't look surprised. "Are you friends with blood traitors and mud-bloods?" His father asked. "No, I'm only friends with pure-bloods" she answered. "Last question" they said. "Do you prefer to stay home or study and go to the gym?" They asked, is that even necessary, they want us to stay fit for the man, classic, you thought. "Stay home, of course" she said. "Exercising will ruin my hair and I'm not a nerd" she added. "Y/n, it's your turn" they said. "Drink" they added, you drank it. "How are your grades" they asked. "I got outstanding in everything except history of magic, I got exceeds expectations" You responded, they seemed pleased. "Do you cook?" they questioned. "Yes, I love cooking" You said. "I make sweets and foods" You added, you didn't want to answer them but the potion forced you. "Are you a virgin?" They questioned. "Yes" you answered, Draco looked at you. "Are you friends with any blood traitors or mudbloods?" He asked. "Yes, many" you responded, Lucius wasn't pleased. "Do you prefer staying home or studying and going to the gym?" He questioned. "The gym is a comfort place for me and studying is also an important thing to me, it will decide my future and I'm a bookworm" You responded. "So I prefer studying and going to the gym" You added. "Draco loves going to the gym" his mother said and Astoria gave you an annoyed look, My parents were happy. "Are you two able to produce an heir?" They asked and you both nodded.

"You three can talk while me and your father and his parents have a discussion" my mother said as she gave you a hug and glared at Astoria for lying. "And you young lady, you are in trouble" she said to Astoria and you smirked. Draco was staring at you and you could feel it but you kept quiet. "Dracy" she said giving him a kiss, he was annoyed. "Whore" you muttered. "What was that, Y/n" she said. "Whore" You repeated. "Mother and father told us not to have sex and you did that" You said. "If I knew they would choose one of us to marry Malfoy, I would have" You added as Draco glared at you. "Can you blame me? You're a pain in the arse" you said. He stood up and got closer to you and raised your chin so you could look up at him, then he put his lips near your ears, it was tickling you and you shivered. "Listen here, the only reason you are loved is because you're from a well-known pure blood family" he said and you pushed him. You were going to slap him but your parents and his walked out of the room. "We have decided who is going to marry Draco and produce an heir with him" his father said and your heart was beating, please don't be me, you thought. "We choose......" they said, Astoria stood up confidently and you rolled your eyes.

"Y/n" they said, your eyes widened. "No, Astoria can take my spot, she fits the role not me" you said. "She doesn't, we need a virgin smart pure-blood girl with a bright future who can cook and isn't lazy" his mother said. "But I" You were going to speak but your mother nudged your arms. "Stand next to him" your mother said and you awkwardly stood next to him. "Mother, she's a stupid ugly nerd, I'm supposed to marry MY DRACY!" She yelled, everyone ignored her. "Your bag is already packed, you'll live in their house from now on" your father said. "You two need to hold hands and try to get closer to each other" his mother said as she made you two hold hands, you were blushing.

When you arrived, he helped you out the car and the dress was poofy so it was difficult to get out of the car, you almost fell but he held your waist. "Thank you" you said awkwardly. When you walked in to the Malfoy manor, it was nostalgic. You used to come here as a child with your parents, because the Malfoys are family friends. You two went upstairs and Draco showed you his room, you also heard there was a ball tomorrow to celebrate this arrangement. "Where can I put my things?" I asked politely. "Wherever you want" he responded as he huffed. "I'm just relieved that I don't marry Astoria" he added as he sighed. "Why? Aren't you in love with her?" You asked. "Hell no" he responded as you giggled. "You look beautiful" he said as your cheeks turned red. "Thank you" you replied. You yawned and Draco helped you take your heels off, you were shocked at his behavior. "You need help with your dress too?" He asked. "No, just the zipper please" you answered. You turned around and he moved your hair to the side, you could see from the mirror that he was staring at your neck and collar bone, your breath hitched in your throat as you felt his cold hands touching your skin. "Can you turn around please?" You asked and he did, you put on some comfy clothes and sat on the bed. "I'm done" you said as he sat next to you. He put his hands on your cheek and forehead. "Are you sick?" He asked. "Your face is hot and red" he added. "N-no I'm fine" you responded, you yawned and fell asleep.

You opened your eyes and saw Draco in a towel, his chest was out and you blushed. He was brushing his wet hair while you stared at him, mesmerized. "Morning, Malfoy" you said. "Morning, Greengrass" He replied, you got ready and changed into sweatpants and a brown lace tank top. You went downstairs and yawned, you saw your sister and you rolled your eyes. "What do you want now?" You huffed. "I'm here for Dracy" she responded, Draco was behind you. "DRACYYYY" Astoria yelled as she ran to him and she pushed you, seriously. She wrapped her arms around him and gave him a kiss on the check, you glared at her and crossed your arms and Draco was trying to push her away. "I missed you" she said showering him with kisses, you fake coughed. "Get off me" he said as he pushed her and you smirked. "You're my boyfriend" she replied. "I'm getting married soon" He responded as he helped you up. She was about to kiss him and you pushed her with anger. "STOP, HE DOESN'T WANT YOU!" You yelled and she glared at you. "Astoria!" you heard your mother yell. "You are in big trouble! for lying about your grades and having sexual intercourse WHEN I SPECIFICALLY TOLD YOU NOT TO!" Your mother yelled and you were holding your laugh. "Did I sense jealousy?" He said and you pushed him playfully. "I'm not jealous" you said. "you are" he answered. "I'M NOT" You responded as he chuckled.
