Against All Odds

Ch. 10

Recap:

Lastly, Niall walked over and gave me a hug. He said hello while hugging me. Wow, Horan hugs really were the best!

Niall chuckled and said, "I know right?" I said that out loud?

"Yup!" Niall chuckled again. Oops.

Now on to the real chapter:

The boys all gave Logan 'man-hugs' or whatever they're called and then we all went into the living room.

"Hey, how long are you guys here in the states?" Logan asked.

"Um..About two weeks? Maybe?" Liam answered.

"Cool! You can stay here as long as you want!" Logan exclaimed.

"Great! We'll probably stay here the whole time if that's alright," My eyes widened at Zayn's statement.

"Is that alright with you, Chelsea?" Logan asked noticing my scared expression.

"Oh, well, yeah...I guess...it's just that..I mean...never mind," I mumbled looking down. It was then that I noticed that I was still covered with the ingredients for spaghetti. I quickly looked up and saw Logan was too. I looked back down at myself and felt my cheeks getting red again. The guys were all talking sports or something so I quietly excused myself to go shower and change clothes so I wasn't covered in Italian food anymore.

After my shower I changed into a pair of pajama bottoms and a shirt I had stolen from Logan. I looked at the clock and saw it was almost 7 O'clock. Rachel and I always Skype at seven so we can keep in touch while she's at college.

I got my laptop that Logan got me out. I protested when he bought it for me, saying that I didn't need it, but he went out and bought it anyway.

I clicked on Skype and started a session with Rachel. She picked up pretty quickly shouting, "Hi Chelsea!!" As she did.

We exchanged our hello's and she told me about the excitement of college life (it's not really as exciting as she thinks it is though). I let her talk for a little bit before telling her my exciting news.

"Rachel you'll never guess what happened today!" I exclaimed after she stopped her college babble.

"What?" She asked excitedly.

I glanced over towards my door to make sure it was closed before whisper-shouting, "One Direction came to visit Logan! I got to meet and hug Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, and Niall Horan!"

"No way! I can't believe I'm at stupid college and you get to meet One Direction!" She started freaking out like I did when I first saw them.

"I know right! I screamed and slammed the door in their faces when I saw them." I admitted sheepishly. Rachel laughed.

"I probably would've done the same thing!" She said still giggling. All of the sudden my door burst open.

"What're you doing?" Louis shouted, jumping on my bed.

"Talking to my sister," I told him. He looked at the computer screen, saw Rachel,and started waving wildly.

"Hi!!" Louis shouted, then whispered to me, "What's her name?"

"Rachel," I whispered back.

"Oh, hi Rachel!!" He yelled at the computer.

Rachel's mouth dropped open and then she stuttered, "Y-you're L-Louis Tomlinson!" Louis laughed.

"I am?" He asked sarcastically. "I never knew."

We all laughed at Louis' stupid joke. We all joked and laughed and then Logan came up to my room.

"Hey Rach!" He said looking at the computer screen.

"Hey!" Rachel exclaimed.

Louis and I sat talking to Rachel until, all of the sudden, my door burst open again.

Haha cliffy!! Just warning you, I've been really stressed out with exams, and that's been contributing to my lack of posting. It's also been making my writers block come back... I'm really sorry if it sucks!!
