The truth behind My Little Pony

I am a brony. Some one who like My Little Pony. A few years back on of my university friends gave me an article about six girls who went to the same school and died on the same day.
When I was watching some episodes and I could see a resemblance between those girls and the mane six characters in the show.
The first girl was Samantha Gales who was obviously the inspiration for Fluttershy, a shy and kind girl. But what her classmates didn't know was that she was constantly abused at home, by her mother and step-father. Her mother gave birth to her when she was only fifteen, and she said that she had ruined her life. And when her step-father moved in the abuse seem to get worse, he never liked to look after Samantha when her mother was away so he used to lock her up In their basement. Sometimes for the whole day. her mother accepted the fact that Samantha was locked up in the basement, and as age got older Samantha's mother would hit her for speaking out of term. And when she got a half-sister it got even worse. She would be starved, forced to sleep outside and sometimes beaten out of right. Because she was dressed in poor clothes and had no self-respect she was often the target of bulling. She would bring home helpless animals and her family would force her to gat rid of them. She commit suicide by overdose of pills, and I don't know what type of pills.

Jennifer Walters who was always one of the popular girls. Came from a rich family, beautiful. She lived the life that everybody wanted. But her parents constantly argued and were only seen together at appearances. She was held up to a high standard, which made her a perfectionist. She wanted to be a world famous fashion designer and live in Paris. But her parents wanted her to stay in Carolina and marry a proper man with lots and lots of money. Her parents ignored her every single moment and only wanted to appear rich. The reason for their wealth was that the only reason why Jennifer's mother married her dad was because of money, and they were losing it fast. She died in a car crash when the parents were arguing again. On impact her neck snapped, and she died instantly. She was clearly the inspiration for Rarity.

Alexandra Mathews was a competitive girl, she would mostly play with her father. Because he wanted a boy he decided to treat her like a boy, constantly playing football and soccer. In school she was the best at sports especially at track. She loved her parents with all her might and was more then pleased to play sports, she was continued to be treated like a boy because her mother was thought to be incapable to have another child. Her athletic ability was what made her popular, and by the time it was high school she was already being searched out by scouts across the country. By then her mother had a baby boy and she wasn't paid much attention anymore. She kept on trying to push the limits, she did but she pushed then too far. At one point she started taking steroids and it only made things worse because she had a genetic heart disease. Despite that she kept on trying and trying. She died during a race from a heart attack half way through. she was clearly the inspiration for RainbowDash.

The inspiration for Apple Jack was a farm girl name Nikki Taylor. She lived with her mum, dad and ten brother and sisters. Her family were very poor, Nikki even worked three jobs to help raise money, she always helped out around the farm even if it was changing diapers to using a wood chipper. She would get help from her older brother Micheal. But when the was thirteen her father went on a mad rampage, he managed to kill four of Nikki's siblings and her mother and them himself. She thought it was because he had twelve kids to look after and a farm. But Nikki tried to make the best of things even though the farm at this point was run down and anything could kill her. When her parents died her great aunt came to help but she wasn't much help at all. She died at the age of sixteen, she wasn't at school and taking care of her siblings and the farm. Her death was very bloody because she fell into a wood chipper.

Jamie Sanders was the inspiration for Pinkie Pie. When she was about five her father killed her mother and himself after, like Samantha she was abused when she was put into foster care even in a good home the had night terrors about her mother screaming and her father threatening her, and saying that she would be next. Every night was the same, and every night the terror would break her sanity into millions of shards. And during middleschool people thought that she had a hyper active personality, because she would normally dress up in over the top clothing. She died when the Jumped off a building, one of the voices in her head said that she could fly.

And the inspiration for Twilight Sparkle. Her name was Alex Patterson. She grew up in a family of four. She wasn't given much attention, because of her olde brother who was exceeding in all of his studies. So she became a genius as well, their parents loved bragging about their children being geniuses. During high school Alex was under a lot of pressure and was caught cheating. She hung herself because the thought she was a dissapointment.
