Kuchisake-Onna
This is an old one of mine but never the less it's still a creepypasta.
Kuchisake-Onna, and ancient spirit from Japan. Almost never found out side the crowded streets of Tokyo. She looks like a regular business women in an trench coat, she had long black hair that fell down her shoulders would walk up to random strangers on the street and ask one simple question:
"Am I pretty?" And wait for an answer. If you were to say 'yes' she would take of the mask that surgeons would wear, only to reveal a mouth full of teeth, and scars at the sides of her mouth. If you say 'yes' once more she will rip out your neck with her teeth, and devour the rest of your body.
But if you choose to say 'no' the she will simply walk away. But she will turn up at the front of your house elater that day and kill you, and that is it.
