Just over a week had past, since the intense dinner and Caleb and Jacob haven't spoken since mainly due to Caleb avoiding him, even at school he managed to avoid Jacob. Caleb was walking into the back garden of Ivy's house to see his friends spread out across the garden furniture He sat on one of the bamboo chairs.

"We're have a little campfire tonight, do wanna join?" Ivy asked "Sure" Caleb smiled in return "Ok, the more interesting topic, have you spoken to Jacob yet?" Millie asked intrigued "I haven't" Caleb sighed "It's been a week, you sould at least have a conversation with him" Ivy smiled "Oh and have you talked with Connor?" Caleb sniped and they gasped "Sorry-" Caleb sighed knowing that was a low blow "Good point, I haven't but this is not about me, I mean Jacob has been miserable, right Ava?" Ivy re-directed "So miserable, and so out of it lately, I heard he kicked Rogelio out, and that he left town a few days ago" Ava added and they gasped at that rumour which was completely true.

"Oh did he?" Caleb wondered, shocked that Jacob would do that. "Ok, I'll talk to Jacob, but Ivy you have to talk to Connor, I mean, you have been miserable ever since" Caleb smiled "He's right, every time you see him down the halls you practically hide, like when you shoved us in the cleaner's closet, in which we got locked in..." Katie sighed still scarred by the smell of bleach.
"Fine, I'll talk to Connor, and Caleb will talk to Jacob" Ivy smiled thinking this through. Caleb got up "I'll see you guys later" Caleb sighed walking out of the garden shutting the door behind him.

Caleb arrived at the school, where he knew Jacob would be practicing for his upcoming game. Walking up the bleachers to see Jacob by himself kicking the ball up and down. Caleb clapped loud enough to catch Jacob's attention from the pitch, gazing at Caleb he smiled before running to the bleacher perched next to Caleb.

"You're doing pretty well down there" Caleb joked but Jacob still had a goofy smiled poised on his face, after a week of ghosting. "I'm sorry for avoiding you, I just needed time to think" Caleb started "What? about us?" Jacob smile vanished and replaced by worry "No, of course not, just what your dad said" Caleb reassured him "I'm so sorry, If I knew-" Jacob started "It's ok, it did hurt obviously, but he was right, maybe you deserve someone with a less 'colourful past' and better than me" Caleb sighed remembering every word he said, Jacob looked heartbroken at the fact that his father got to Caleb this much, making him doubt himself.

Jacob grabbed Caleb's hand and looked into his eyes "Please don't say that, your the boy I want to be with, and you are perfect to me, so please don't ever think otherwise" Jacob smiled kissing Caleb on the cheek, hurt that Caleb was clearly hurt by Rogelio's hateful words. "I've missed you so much" Caleb spoke honestly missing Jacob very much, even though it was only a week. "Me too, don't worry I'm never leaving your side again" Jacob chuckled putting his arm around Caleb "Haha" Caleb sarcastically remarked "Oh I'm not joking" Jacob smiled "Where is everyone else?" Caleb wondered "Oh they left hours ago" Jacob smiled "You're adorable" Caleb smiled as they sat there for a moment.

Meanwhile, Ivy and Connor were walking through town, they had pastry in hand and they walked briefly in silence "I'm sorry, about my parents, screw what they think Ivy you're amazing in my eyes" Connor started missing Ivy so much and his anger towards his parents grew. "Thank you, I'm sorry too I just-" Ivy sighed trying to think of the words but Connor put his arm around her kissing her on the forehead.

But Ivy knew the word now, but she was scared to tell him what happened to her and Jorge a long time ago, but she knew there would be no recovery for their relationship after he learns the truth. So Ivy decided to savour the moment finding a better time to tell him the truth. "We're having a little get together tonight do you want to come?" Ivy smiled changing the subject and he nodded in agreement.

The night arose, and Ivy and their friends were all sitting around a small camp like fire, and a few of Lincoln's friends were there as well. Caleb and Jacob entered together and Ivy darted up to them. "Wait. does this mean, you too are good?" Ivy asked and they nodded "But did you talk to Connor?" Caleb asked and Ivy nodded.
