Chapter 14: Lost in the Fireworks

Just over a week had past, and Caleb was laying on muscular chest, "I could stay here forever" Jacob smiled kissing Caleb on the forehead "Yeah, but I cannot wait for the firework festival tonight at school, I love fireworks" Caleb smiled excited trying to put the events of last week behind him. Jack had been absent for a while, which worried Caleb but he was relaxing a bit more.

"Can I go make coffee?" Caleb wondered "Could you make me one too?" Jacob smirked goofily and he nodded in return, Jacob threw a large shirt at him "Don't worry my brothers should be asleep" Jacob smiled as Caleb put on small shorts and the large shirt and he exited the bedroom and into the kitchen to see Josh and Lincoln sitting at the counter and Caleb jumped back quickly shocked "Caleb?" Lincoln gasped "Oh don't mind me" Caleb smiled making some coffee using the freshly brewed coffee.

Josh was blushed slightly, by Caleb's unusual appearance "Sorry" Caleb smiled carrying two cups into Jacob's bedroom "Josh is awake with Lincoln" Caleb looked horrified and Jacob laughed "Shut up" Caleb laughed in return slightly embarrassed. The lights flickered slightly "What was that?" Caleb wondered "It's been doing that for the last few days" Jacob sighed at the faulty power "Mine two, maybe there will be a power cut" Caleb wondered "Maybe, I hope not" Jacob smiled getting dressed whilst sipping his coffee "Oh wait, you have your interview today for that Coffee shop" Caleb smiled adjusting the collar of his shirt.

"Yeah, I just need a small, job until I move away for uni" Jacob smiled still waiting for his response from schools, and they had never really discussed that topic, that Jacob would be leaving soon, almost finishing sixth form. Jacob felt saddened that he would have to leave soon, worried what impact it could have on their relationship.

"I'll be back in a few hours, you can stay here" Jacob kissed him changing the topic "Sure, thanks, good luck" Caleb kissed him and Jacob walked away, Lincoln following him.

Caleb walked out to see Josh reading a book, against the marble counter "Are you ok?" He wondered "Oh yeah, I just wondered if i left my phone out here?" He wondered searching for his mobile "Here it is" Josh smirked and Caleb grabbed it gently "Thank you" He smiled in return and Josh blushed again and covered his cheeks quickly "Are you alright?" Caleb wondered noticing his awkwardness "Oh I'm great, do you want a muffin?" Josh held out a muffin awkwardly.

"Thank you" Caleb smiled once more walking back into Jacob's bedroom "What was that?" Jorge asked confused on what just happened "Nothing"Josh cleared his throat "Wait, your blushing?" Jorge giggled sitting opposite him "Will you shut up" He barked sending him a deadly glare "Don't tell me you have a crush on our brother's boyfriend" Jorge took a bit out of an apple "That would be ridiculous" Josh snapped remembering his steamy dream not that long ago, and he remembered that, it wasn't only one dream he had of Caleb. Josh got up and stormed up to his bedroom.

Later on, Ivy stood outside Jacob's housing waiting for the couple who have been together non-stop for the last week. When Jorge opened the door "You know you can come in Princess" Jorge smiled "That's quite enough" Ivy sighed entering. What we didn't see was that a few days prior, Ivy and Connor decided to take a break from each other, when Connor discovered the truth about about her and Jorge.

Ivy was extremely saddened, but she felt a little less heavy, from carrying tat secret around like an anchor. "I'm sorry about you and Connor" His expression changed quickly "Thanks, I did tell him about us" Ivy admitted hands in her bright red coat pocket "And your like the twelfth person to say how sorry they are about our breakup" Ivy said smiling realizing how lucky she was to have such caring friends, but of course she was sad by the break up, they were together for a long time, but she was a little relieved, relieved to finally have the chance to discover more about her identity.

Caleb and Jacob exited his bedroom dressed in warm clothing. Caleb wearing a long brown coat and orange beige knitted jumper and wooly hat. Jacob wearing a thick puffer coat, and a black hoodie and a white hat. "Finally, let's go It'll start soon" Ivy pointed to her watch. "Alright, let's go" Caleb smiled as they left the house "Enjoy, don't stay up too late" Jorge joked as they left the building and into the crisp air. Arriving at their school, which was filled with a crowd stood in the field ready for the upcoming festivities.

"I cannot wait" Caleb bounced as they walked to their friends already standing there dressed in thick clothing "Thank god, you guys are here it's almost going to start" Millie stood with Ava "Also we got you some food from the stall" Lincoln added passing them hot dogs and a burger. "Your so lucky to have such great friends like us" Katie smiled biting into her burger. And the crowd suddenly cheered as the display was about to begin. Jacob wrapped his arm around Caleb as they stood there waiting for the display.

And the beautiful display of fireworks, performed in the air which mesmerized the excited crowd and for a brief moment as they were watching the display their problems shifted away and they just focused on the fireworks and it was magical. "Isn't it beautiful?" Caleb smiled whispering it into Jacob's ear "It definitely is" Jacob smiled kissing Caleb's neck "Not here" Caleb laughed whispering "Sorry, I couldn't help myself" Jacob smirked and Caleb laughed cutely.

The fireworks continued putting on a brilliant show, and as the bright patterns filled the sky a strong breeze flew by sending chills down their spines and suddenly then, the fireworks came to a close for now, and the crowd clapped widely. "So wait, there's a second part?" Caleb asked "Yes, soon I'm still so hungry, I'm going to get another burger" Jacob smiled as the group followed when Caleb heard a familiar loud noise, and a large motorcycle pulled up and a tall guy stood there taking his helmet off to reveal a smiling face belonging to a certain ex of Caleb's. "Jamal?" Caleb gasped not expecting to see him here of any places.
