Sky's POV
For the rest of the I felt like I was being eyed down...because I was. I Neva noticed dat Elijah was in all ma classes fo da day. And he kept watching me. Every few seconds I would look up to see if he was lookin at me...and sho enough he was. I would roll my eyes every few times and he would raise his eyebrow. Dat boy was funny I can't lie. I couldn't wait till shool was ova. But then again I could.
For sum reason it felt like da day was going by mad slow. Usually when I ain't ready ta go home DA day be going by mad fast.
When the last bell of the day rang...I walked outside to find Elijah standin in front of his car.
"Hop in ma" he said to me
"Ight" I said rollin my eyes even though I was excited in da inside.
"So ya wanna know about me aye...so, I don't have parents ,ima hustla, I raised me n my brother by myself and I like dis hot chick named Sky...oh yeah and I got a heck load of money." He said smiling
"I don't have parents either ,I live in a fosta home, what happened to ya parents?" I said acting shy
"My mom left us then one day when I came home I saw my dad bleeding out on DA floor with a knife in his chest, since he was dying I grabbed all the money in DA house fa me and my brothers so we could have a smooth life...but I duno what happened our lives changed when we moved to da project... I'll neva farget dat day." He said as if nothing was wrong
"How ya parents go?" He said afta a moment of silence
" dey got hit by a train" I said tearing up
I started crying. I could feel his eyes on me. Then I felt his hand slowly grab mines.
"You gotta learn how ta deal with talkin bout dis crap to others. I learned dat a long time ago." He said rubbing my back softly
"Thanks ,I Neva knew you was so ...comforting " I said whipping my tears
" nobody knows... And dey betta not find out...now let me drive ya home"he said laughing
The whole ride to my "house" our hands was still locked and chains by Nick Jonas was blastin. I ain't know he like such sensitive music. We pulled up to my house a few songs lata.
"I see ya at school tomorrow" he said to me winking
"Ight" I said back...kinda disappointed dat DA day was ova.
"Finally ya home on time, fa once dat boy must be a good influence on ya" Ms.D said
" you have no idea" I said knowing dat Elijah was not no good influence
