Charpter 8. This Leads To "That"

*Lelouchs P.O.V.*

Suzaku comes back and puts the patch on my finger. I'm little dazed from the events from earlier.

"Hey Lelouch, is something wrong?"

I snap out of my daziness and blush as Suzaku looks at me, still holding my hand.

"N-Nothing..."

I take away my hand and goes to finish making the lunch.

After lunch it gets awkward, with neither of us able to start a conversation. We just sit in the sofa, watching tv at random. And I kind of want to avoid eye contact with Suzaku.

"Um, Lelouch. Is everything alright? You have been acting weird lately."

I jump a little at Suzakus sudden statement.

"N-No I'm alright."

"Well Lelouch, I can clearly see that something isn't right. You are lying or hiding something from me."

'What am I going to say in this situation?-"oh, I'm just hiding the fact that I love you Suzaku"- as if I could say that.'

I blush, my thoughts going around in circles.

"Lelouch?"

I look toward Suzaku confused. He moves closer. Our hands touching on the sofa.

"Do you have a fever Lelouch, your face is red?"

Suzaku gently brush away the hair from my forehead, and put his forehead against mine closing his eyes. I'm speechless, shocked. suddenly Suzaku opens his eyes. Our eyes lock, both looking into each others eyes. My mind is blank.

"Lelouch, you don't seem to have a fever."

Suzaku puts his free hand on my cheek.
He isn't moving away. Everything just seems so right and perfect at this moment. I close my eyes.

'Please just don't let this be a dream.'

Our lips lightly touch, and I take hold of Suzakus collar. We both freeze. Probably waiting for the other to push away and say something. After that nothing happens I slowly open my eyes. I see Suzaku stare at me. I blush bright red. He moves his hand away from my cheek, to the back of my head. Then press and move his lips on mine. I return the kiss, both closing their eyes. Then I feel Suzaku lightly bite my botton lip, and I nervously open my mouth slightly. He deepens the kiss and enter my mouth, exploring it everywhere with his tongue. My body heats up, as I realise this I pull back. Ending the deep kiss and looks at Suzaku. He looks a little hurt.

"Um...S-Suzaku, why did you k-kiss me?"

Suzaku blush a little and look away.

"Well, I don't know how you will react. But I have been in love with you Lelouch, for a rather long time now."

I just look at Suzaku, dazed by his words.

'This is it, this got to be a dream.'

"Lelouch?"

I somehow comes out from my dazy mind and looks at him.

"Is this a dream, Suzuku?"

He looks surprised for a moment, then smiles at me.

"Nope Lelouch, this is for real. I promise."

I look down blushing.

"I love you to, S-Suzaku."

Suzaku snap and push me dowm in the sofa.

"Wooahh-"

"When Lelouch, will you accept my next question?"

"What question?"

Suzaku moves closer and whisper in my ear.

"Will you go out with me, Lelouch?"

I shiver at his actions and looks away embarrassed.

"Y-Yeah...I will."

As soon as I said that, Suzaku starts to nibble my ear and kiss my neck.

"Su..zaku... not now..mm-"

"But I'm in the mood now~."

Suzaku continues and I snap, pushing him of me.

"Suzaku not now!! It's the middle of the day and we just confessed to each other!!"

Suzaku stops and pouts, then he lights up and grins at me.

"Well I won't do anything now, but I won't hold back tonight then."
