Caden's POV

I am not going to lie.Her slap did hurt like a bitch but more than that what made me angrier was that I was not there to protect her. How foolish I was to leave her with that sex maniac. I felt like punching my guts numerous times. But thank god! Atleast she is safe...

But still there is one thing I need to do...
Apologize

Next day I reached hospital a bit early while she came on her usual time. I needed to talk to her... Fuck! I even need to apologize for the names I called her.. I wasn't in my mind. I called her name a few times but she just grabbed her coat and completely ignored me and left. She was now posted with Ryder. All of us were busy until break time... I tried to apologize in cafeteria but there were others to so I didn't. I now desperately needed her to listen to my explanation.

So I forcefully grabbed her hand and pulled her into fire exit door near stairs. She was reflexly going to scream but I placed my hand on her mouth and pushed her on the wall. Her eyes widened at firsrt but relaxed a bit when see saw me.

"oomph"

"Oh sorry"

"Aaron..."

"God damn! Its caden.."

"Sorry.."

Damn.. This Aaron guy has started pissing me off!

I calmed myself and told her..

"Look.. I am really sorry for what happened the other day.. I-"

"Get lost and let me go.." she cut me off but I was determined to get my 'its okay'

"Listen please.. I never meant to leave you with that maniac but I had to see how much is he affected and also check his insight. I was about to be back by few minutes but there was an emergency in next room so I rushed there amd by the time it was in control I.. was already late for you.  I am so sorry.. I also never meant to say those names to you.. sorry... I"ll make it up to you. Promise.. please."

"Its okay..."

"So you'll go out on a dinner with me? Just as a sorry and friendly hangout?"

"Umm...:

"Please..."

"Okay.."

"Cool.. thanks.. so see you tomorrow at 8.00pm. Text me your address. I'll pick you up"

"Okay... Now let go off my wrist.."

"Huh?"

"My wrist..." she said pointing towards her wrist which was still in my strong grip."

"Uh! Sorry" I sheepishly smiled and left it..

"Okay.." she started inspecting it.

"God! It bruised.. fuck! I am so sorry"

"Its cool.. see ya.." with that she left...

**Following day**

I was as sick as fuck! I had high fever so I texted my colleagues that I won't be coming to hospital and also sent a quick text to Arianna saying our friendly hangout was on and will pick her up at eight. It was already 7.30 and was about my time to leave and pick Arianna. I was just about to leave when Kayla my girlfriend entered my room. She was on a vacation with her friends for a month to Asia. She is super blonde but the only reason I am dating her is that she is good in bed.
