Its been five years since Aaron's gone... Yeah! Five years since my a-day-old-boyfriend decided to just leave the hospital and me... without informing his parents or damn anyone on this earth...

I tried every best possible way to find him... loged police complaint, freaking ran every street to search him.. but he was nowhere.

Every single night I cry for him.. I miss him... but..
He is gone..
When he was there I had reason to smile... he was the reason i wanted to live for... he was the reason of my existence... he was the reason I wanted to see daylight again.... he was the reason of my belief,my faith... he was the that one person I clung onto every hope of happiness around me... but now he's gone.. I don't even know how to breathe... I don't know what hope is.... I don't know the meaning of my life....
When he went he did not go alone but along with him he took the reason of my existence!

"Arianna... come down honey its almost time to leave for airport.."

My dad's scream snapped me out of my thoughts.

"Coming..."

After another half and hour drive we finally reached airport.

Airport... yeahh!

I am going to california.

"Hey baby girl take care of yourself. Call us for anything you need!"

"Thanks dad"

My mom just couldn't stop crying...

"Hey mom.. relax! I'll be fine..."

I hugged my mom

"Aunt katherine will come to pick you up. Take care.. And inform us as soon as you reach your there."

"Yes mom"

"I am really proud of you girl..

I am happy that you got job in st. Xavier's hospital. You'll be a good doctor"

"Thanks dad"

"Annaa... annaa..."

I heards different voices calling me out.

There they were... Archie Ayanna Joshua and Ryan.

"Anna... we'll miss you..." Ayanna said

"Don't forget us.." Ryan added

"I'll miss you guys too.. and never.. I will never forget you guys"

I hugged each one them and by that time my flight was announced.

At california...

Aunt katherine was my favourite aunt. She is always so lively and encouraging and beautiful. She hates being called 'aunt' so Katherine is what I call. There is one thing peculiar about her she will know very easily if there is something wrong with you ie. She will catch you once even of there is slight change in your behaviour. Well that a good as well can prove a bad thing at times.

She had really really really big house. She had painted my room in white and blue just exactly how I wanted it to be.

Day after was my first day at st. Xavier's hospital as a junior Doctor. To say I was nervous would be an understatement.

~~~Day After~~~

"Oh god!! Katherine I am totally gonna be late on my very first day..."

"Chill Anna.. you'll reach.. Now c'mon I'll drive you today.."

"Thanksss.. you are a saviour"

"well that I am.."

At the hospital

"God dammit!!!"

I ran through the stairs to reach floor 5. I had exactly 1 min to reach..

And..

*bump*

I bumped with something really hard. That person steadied me from arms....I looked up to only to find a familiar striking pair of green eyes..

"Hey you.."

"Elijah..."

"Hey Anna..I thinks first lets head up we are already late.."

"Uh! Yeahh"

We reached exactly 5 min late...

"Mr. Elijah and Miss Anna... This hospital works on strict discipline so here this kind of behaviour won't be tolerated"

Yup that's the first line I heard on my first day...

Just great..!! Phew..

"I am doctor West. Your senior doctor. You'al will report to me every morning. Sharp at 8.00 am. I assure you, you will get a lot of things to learn but I am a hard man with strict disciplines. So All the best guys.."

Dr. West was a man in his early 50's. He wasn't of a type of pot belly or something instead he was too fit. No one could tell his age by looking at his face.. he looked quite younger..

There were 5 new junior doctors under him.

Ryder, Kol, Olivia , Elijah and me..

Ryder was definitely hot and a total womaniser while kol was typical nerd guy with cute dimples and olivia was that girl with different hair colour and find every other passing guy cute..

And then there was Elijah...

After he saved me from the accident we did exchange our numbers and also used to text each other after every few days. So we were already friends and it was good to know I am not alone here...

Yet I was empty inside....

We all 5 exchanged numbers and got along very easily. We spent our first day doing simple observations and ended up going for dinner together so as to know each other...

"Hey you never told me that you were coming to california and going to work at same hospital in which I am working" Elijah initiated conversation

"You too never told.."

"Hahah.. yeah!!"

I just smiled back....

Elijah was altogether a different type of guy I had never seen in my life..

His eyes showed varied range of emotions... there was truth in his eyes... something in him told me that he will never hurt me..

Well here's my new beginning... with these 5 colleagues... and with Elijah by my side...
