Lying in the garden

lunch to die for .

After my first three periods its time for lunch so I make my way down to the cafeteria . When I get there I saw a bunch of crowded lunch tables , then I saw one table with very little people and there was Stacy waving me over to come sit with her , Macey and Desiree and some guys . I could feel a smile coming over my face , I hadn't had friends or talked to guys in a long time so I had stomach aching butterflies . I was now sitting at the "cool kid" table , which I hadn't done in a long time .

"Hey girl ." Stacy said in a chill voice that was way better than the first time I talked to her .

"Hey ." I said trying to act chill .

"Boys !" Stacy said making all the boys look at her . "This is Clara , she new and our new best friend ."

"Damnn girl you hot" said one guy who caught my eye because of his nice straight white teeth .

"Jax's , just stop shes not that desperate to go for you . " Stacy said with a look of discussed on her face .

"Its fine , it really doesn't bother me I think its funny . " I said smiling .

We ate our lunch talking about girl stuff , it was fun I hadn't had any friends in a long time . While we were eatting I looked over at the boys side , there was this guy who was cute but like the kinda cute you just wanted to get to know , and I wanted to know him . He was kind of sort of beautiful in a way , he had dark hair and blue eyes that just made you melt and he wore a black v-neck shirt with a black leather jacket over and dark wash skinny jeans and grey vans . I guess Stacy saw me starring at him intrigued to know him .

"Thats Kol , hes a junior he should be a sophomore but he's smart . Hes a bad boy out of school but he never really talks to any one , his parents died two years ago in a three way car accident . Four people died in the accident , his parents and his sister and some man , the guy . that caused the accident barley got hurt . "

My head droped I could feel tears coming on . "My dad was the other guy that died ."
I think Kol was listening because he got up and looked at me like he was about to fall apart . I looked back when I realized Stacy was talking .

"Clara im so sorry for your loss . " Stacy said like she had done something wrong .

"I think Kol had the real loss not me , im gonna talk to him ." I start to get up to walk after him .

"Clara ! Hes very - just be careful . Okay ?"

"Yeah yeah I got it ."
