Savannah was right, her mate did not want her as she has witnessed with her own eyes. She was confronted at school today. Her last day for her as her family was leaving tomorrow, moving to England for dad's work.

Her mind was solely on saying goodbye to all her friends when he came up from behind her, scared her really. She had not been prepared to suddenly find her mate as her room is being packed up as they talked.

He told her that he would wait for her, that he would be at home alone tonight, all night, just to wait for her answer. She had told him that she had to think about being his mate, her wolf most insistent to just say yes.

She wanted to wrap her arms around him and just say yes herself, but as she remembered who and what he was, she hesitated. She agreed that she would come see him tonight with her answer. He kissed her cheek, telling her that he will wait and then left. She was stressed enough and went for a lone walk.

On that walk she made her decision, it was late, but she ran all the way to his house to tell him that she decided to accept him as her mate. But when she knocked and no one answered, she opened the door as it was unlocked and made her way to his room, using his scent to guide her.

She reached out her hand to knock on the door, when she heard strange noises inside. She opened the door slowly as she was afraid what she was going to find.

There on the bed was her unaccepted mate, wrapped around a female from school. One that is known to be a slut. She could not believe her eyes, or ears as he was telling the slut that she means so much to him and he wanted to mark her as his.

Savannah stood there and watched as they had sex, still not believing that this is the same person that only hours ago had said that he would wait for her. That he wanted her as his mate and she totally believed him.

She stayed only as long as it took for her wolf to take over her body. Her wolf was disgusted and made her leave. She let me take back control once we got home.

When she opened the door to her home, she walked inside to see all her family at the dinner table as they had been busy packing up the whole house.

She was asked by both her parents what was wrong because they could see the tears had made her eyes very red. She sat down in her chair and told them that today had been very hard.

She told them that she met her mate when she was saying goodbye to all her friends. His name is Dane Marks and he is the next Alpha of the pack. She also said that she told him that she did not know, as she was not expecting to meet her mate that day and needed to think about it.

That he had told her that he wanted her as his mate and that he would be home along tonight, waiting for her answer. After he left her, she went for a long walk where her wolf and her decided to accept him.

She went to his house right away and when no one answered, she opened the door and went up to his room. That was where she found him having sex with a pack slut. He had told Kandess, while she was standing there in disbelief, that he wanted to mark her as his mate.

She told them that her wolf took control in disgust, and when she finally gave me back control I was home. I thought that he told me the truth but now know that he is a liar and a cheater. That there is no way that she would ever accept him as her mate now that she knows the truth.

They all stood and said they were so sorry that this has happened. Then they dragged me up to my room and told me to change in what they left for me on the bed. Mom dragged me into the bathroom and made me take a shower while she waited in the bedroom.
