Third Person POV.

Next morning.
The morning was peaceful. Lena woke up in Kara's arms. After watching the 3 future hero's have fun last night. She quickly checked her phone as it was 8:30 in the morning. She had things to do for L-Corp before she could have the rest of the day off.

So she cuddled with Kara for 5 more minutes than got up to grab her computer. She quietly sat herself in the kitchen as the 3 hero's were asleep in the living room. She worked on reading emails, looking at investors, and making calls to snoppy CEO's. By the time she finished it was 9:45 and she was done with work for the day.

Quietly getting up she tipped toed to hers and Kara's room jumping on Kara to wake her up.

"Wake up sleepy head it's 9:45 and you need to go to the DEO." Lena said as Kara groaned.

Lena knew just what to do but there were other people in the house so she quietly said. "Kara look I have no shirt on."

Kara immediately opened her eyes but she was not surprise as she saw Lena with a shirt on. "Oh come on Lee. You can't do that."

Lena laughed at her upset wife. "It always works. Now get up."

Finally getting out of bed Kara stretched before heading into the kitchen to see the 3 hero's asleep. "Oh they could sleep but I have to be awake. Not fair"

Kara walked up to the sleeping hero's and started waking them up as well. "Okay y'all get up. If I can't be asleep neither can y'all. So get up"

Kiara, Keegan, and Brandon got up with no complains and no groans. Instead they woke up laughing at the angry kyrptonian.

"Are you kidding me. Y'all are early bird like Lena." Kara said.

"We all own businesses and to top it off we have kids so we basically have to be." Kiara said passing Kara patting her on her shoulder. "Anyways we want to do a little bit of training before Brandon leaves."

"Ohh YESS. I can't wait. Can we do battle rounds?" Keegan said excitedly as he's been doing some training while Kiara was here. So he's a better fighter.

"I'm down for battle rounds" Kiara said and Brandon nodded in agreement.

"What's battle rounds." Lena said looking at the 3 hero's.

"Oh it's were we fight each other to use our own strength in a fight." Kiara said turning her head to her mother.

An hour later everyone was heading out the balcony. As Kara flew Lena to the DEO and Kiara, Keegan, and Brandon flew themselves.

Everyone has been at the DEO for 2 hours. Kiara, Keegan, and Brandon were in the training room working on footing, blocking punch defense, and different ways to counter attack a bad guys.

Lena and Alex were in the main room helping Kara fight an alien attack through the intercoms. But it wasn't that hard as they fought this type of alien all the time.

Kiara, Keegan, and Brandon were finally done training now they were going to do battle rounds. Anytime they do battle round they like to sit in silence for 10 min to clear there minds to have a good fight.

But Kiara always did a different technique as she filled her mind with mad thoughts to have a great fight.

As they were walking out of the training room to head to the kryptonite room they came across Lena, Kara, and Alex working on an alien case before the 3 superhero's caught there attention.

"Hey we're heading to the kryptonite room for the battle rounds. Want to come watch." Kiara said to the 3 women in front of her.

"Hell yeah I do." Alex said eagerly in excitement as Kara and Lena just nodded.
