The Luna's Path

Chapter 4

Krystal point of view:-

The sun rays was coming on me and was really irritating me. So I just turn around to avoid the sun when my hand fell on something and I felt like an electric current pass through me. I opened one eye to see the thing that have gave that and I was shocked to see Alex, the Alex I've known only yesterday in my bed. I screamed and Alex woke up immediately.

"Why are you in my bed?" I asked with anger in my eyes. I stood on the bed and went towards him. I looked into his eyes and told him to get out and growling at him. Before I could do another move Alex pull me towards him and trap me in between his arms. I felt his warm swooned in my entire body and it was so damn right to be here. But I needed to escape from his grip so I was struggling to go. He was astonishingly strong and feeling him so close make me go into a puddle.

"Why are struggling like that? I'm not going to harm you. And you are in my room," he said in such a calm tone. His voice was manly and aggravated one. He did the stupidest thing I ever know, he has put his head on my shoulder and smelled my hair. He whispered "mate". I was damn scared, and I did not know what to do. While he was occupied, I felt him loosen his grip on me and I escaped from him and told him I'm sorry for yelling at him in his room and it was almost a whisper as I was a bit ashamed of my behaviour. I immediately ran and went downstairs in the kitchen. I was hungry with all that emotion from the morning incident.

Alex point of view:-

She just got me a heart attack by screaming that loud in an early morning. She was growling at me and my wolf did not like it. I am an alpha of the pack Romarians and as alpha my wolf did not like our mate reaction. She was still yelling at me and I had an urge to just touch her as wolves like to touch and feel their mate presence to ensure them safe. I pulled her from the bed and smelled her scent, it was amazing. 

"Mate!" My wolf was happy to be near her mate. I was still mesmerized by her scent and she finally find a way to escape and that I did not like at all. I went after her and find out that she went to the kitchen.

Krystal point of view:- 

I don't know why I felt like a sadness overwhelming me when I ran away from him. I was still in my thoughts, that I heard a sound behind me and I did not need to turn around to know that it was Alex.

"I'm sorry for my behaviour but I just can't help it. You should have known that once I found my mate, that is you, I'll protect you till the day I died," he said in such a sweet voice.

"Mate? What is a mate? And why are you calling me your mate? And why am I hearing voices in my head?" I said in a shaking voice and broke into tears. I was really confused. I did not know what is happening to me.

Alex point of view:-

She was preparing her breakfast while humming a song. I just can't help myself but to stare at her in complete adoration. She was afraid and I can sensed it. I just told her that she is my mate and she panicked.

"Mate? What is a mate?" She said in a panic voice. I was dumbfounded, how can she not know that? I told to come with me and she refused. I used my alpha tone with her to force her to come. I needed to tell her what we are and the whole history of her existence. I just hope she understand.

"You are a werewolf." I said to her and waited for her reaction and she was surprisingly calm. So I continued.

"You are my mate and that is, all werewolves are given a mate by the great Luna. The great Luna is the moon that protect her children from evil. I am an alpha, that is the head of a pack. The alpha is known as the king of his pack, all the wolves need to follow him or else they got banish from the pack and become rogues. So as I was saying you are my mate, my Luna." I stopped and I saw her eyes just changed colour, was she angry.

Krystal point of view:-

He was telling me everything and I was starting to feel a heat inside my body. I sensed something wanted to get out from me and to be scared was an understatement. I was terrified. I saw Alex expression and knew that something was wrong because he stopped talking. I felt the urge of pain reappearing in me, I screamed and was feeling myself stretched out and I just turned into a wolf. I was white as snow. I was growling at Alex. I just jump on him and watched him.

Alex point of view:- 

I saw her in pain and she yelled I wanted to care for her and in a glimpse she just turned into her wolf form. She was amazing in wolf form also. She had fur as white as snow and her eyes was even more beautiful. She was staring at me. Suddenly she jump on me and was licking me. My wolf wanted to get out also. So I let him and I turned into a white with belly black and the paws black wolf. My wolf was content to be with his mate. She was over me and was still licking me and in wolf form we talked in our mind. I need to teach her how to maintain and be safe in the wolf form. So I told her to follow me into the forest. We went deep into the forest and reached the clearing. There we ran and played. She learned how to control her wolf.

Krystal point of view:-

I was happy. We went to the clearing and that was really beautiful. I've learned whatever Alex has taught me. We played and ran everywhere. I did not know that I was a werewolf. Maybe my parents also did not know that. After playing for about 3 hours, we went home. I asked him more question and also told him that I need time to get all the things in my mind. He was sad but I cannot be someone mate if I don't accept those facts. So I went into my room and changed into my shorts and vest and went to bed. I fell asleep as soon as I was in bed.

Alex point of view:-

She said she needed time, but I needed my luna, my mate without her my wolf would be incomplete. But I needed to understand her as she was still processing everything. As she went upstairs everything became silent. What an hectic day. I went up to my room and I saw Krystal door room was not closed so I peered inside and saw her sleeping so peacefully. I went inside without making any noise and sat near her and kissed her forehead. My wolf was happy so was I. As I was going out Krystal murmured my name in her sleep and that was actually beautiful. I turned and smiled. After that, I went to bed and was tired that I felt asleep.
