Avery's POV

"Avery, were gonna be late!" Liam groaned
"Calm down. Geez. I need this bath!" I yelled from the bathroom, enjoying the warm water kiss my skin.
"Ughhhhh!" he groaned.

So impatient. Is this how I am to Dylan.

I rolled my eyes then started singing the Powerpuff girls theme song
"ARE YOU SERIOUS?!" He yelled
I frowned "Calm down. Geez. Why don't you come in and pull me out" I hissed
"Say it again and I will" he dared me

I shut up then started singing miraculous ladybug's theme song seconds later

He gave up

I smiled when he said nothing again then continued my bath
When I was done, I did everything I had to, before leaving the bathroom.
Luckily for me. Liam let me wear one of Veronica's old clothes. It took me hours to convince him

As soon as I opened the door he glared at me
"What?" I rose an eyebrow
"Next time you waste that much time in the bathroom. I'll pull you out myself"
"It's not my fault it felt good"

It's been months since I had my bath in a comfortable bathroom... Mrs Donville's bathroom is... Puke worthy... I'm just being honest
It can't be cleaned
I've tried

"You have a horrible voice by the way" he added
"Like yours is better"
"You can't even compare" he laughed
I frowned
"I know I sound wonderful" I pouted
"You know wrong"
I punched him softly on the chest then made my way to the room's door so I could leave and get to the car

"Your punch felt like a pat" he chuckled
"Why don't I pat your left cheek for ya?"
"Nevermind" he said immediately

I sighed then opened the door
I liked this side of him
I like the vibe I get when I'm with him
We honestly have a lot in common
Now that I think bout it
We both lost our moms to our dads... Only difference is that I know and he doesn't...
Maybe that's why we're mates... To share our pains?... Nah

We got to the car then he got in
I stood there, waiting
He looked at me from inside ''Get in"
"The doors closed"
"Open it"
"A gentle man opens the door for his lady"
He started laughing then drove off
"WHAT THE HELL!" I yelled
He can't be serious
I stood there, arms crossed for a couple of seconds, waiting for him

I was just kidding. Why did he leave?
Ughhh
I sighed then started my trip to school

I saw Liam's car reversing towards me
I rolled my eyes when it got to me
"I'm dying!" Liam said between laughs "I bet you were like. 'i was just kidding'" he mimicked me
I glared
"You better get in.. glaring can't do anything" he wiped out an imaginary tear
I sighed then got in
"It's been years since I laughed like that" he turned to me then smiled

I hissed
He started laughing again "C'mon don't tell me you're mad"
"Shut up" I muttered
"C'mon mate" he wiggled his eyebrows but still concentrated on the road
I ignored him till we got to school

We had already missed first two periods
"This is your fault" he said faked a frown
I ignored
"This silent treatment won't last for a day. Trust me" he whispered then kissed my forehead

I smiled, watching him leave to his locker

I kept starring at him... I watched the school secretary call him into the principal's office

I hope he's in trouble

We're on a short break at the moment

I walked to my locker, eyes on the floor, thinking about nothing atall

I opened it then immediately someone in fornt of my closed it

I frowned then looked up to see the fool
I rose an eyebrow when I saw her "Tessa?"
She smirked "Hey idiot"
"Hey, you look uglier than usual. What's your secret?" I said without concentrating fully on her
I opened my locker again then she slammed it
I frowned "What?"
