His body felt hot, heavy, and he couldn’t stop trembling yet he was frozen to the spot. His eyes were wide and he was lost in the sight in front of him. Before his image of his best friend were silly ideas and things his fans thought he’d look like but actually seeing him made all those thoughts become locked up because the real thing was more than a Fantasy.

Mouth numb he couldn’t say a thing as the figure ran up to him, Evan was caught in the tightest hug he has ever felt and the sudden embrace broke that knot in his throat.

“Delirious!” He smiled wide as he heard that familiar laugh break through the air. It was beautiful for this moment, and Evan was hugging him back, not as tight, mostly he was losing air. He could feel every muscle of his chest getting squished from the other, and for a second could feel his feet getting lifted off the ground.

“Delirious, I can’t b-breath.” Evan chucked out; slightly trying to push the man off of him, to his surprise Delirious was slightly taller than him. His face was buried in the wild locks and for a second could smell the lovely scent of his shampoo; now whenever Evan smelt anything with vanilla he’ll forever think of Delirious. Evan had a blush on his cheeks as he felt his body get released. It was slightly colder all of the sudden.

“Sorry,” Delirious chuckled, putting his hand behind his messy hair. “I, heh, couldn’t help myself.” He said sheepishly, his gaze on the sidewalk.

Evan looked up at him; he could reach up to his chin in height, and grinned, trying to calm himself down, he couldn’t stop his body from shaking. “Yeah, but it wouldn’t be you if you didn’t have a grand entrance.”

His heart beat faster when he saw Delirious flash a grin, “I guess you can say that.” Evan nervously laugh until he felt an arm wrap around his shoulder, Delirious face close to his, “You ok, Vanoss? I’d thought you be more happy to see me?”

Evan rolled his eyes at the use of his online name, and shrugged the arm off, but the face stayed his level, “I-I well, you caught me off guard and well-“

“Geez, Delirious, look what you did.” Evan whipped his head around, glaring up at the mocking Tyler. “Aw, tongue tied I see?”

Before Evan could yell back there was another voice and someone jumping into Delirious’s arms. “Delirious! You’re maskless!” Lui squealed, as Delirious spun them around in a circle playfully.

“Monkey!” Delirious laughed, he stopped, getting Lui into a headlock so he could noogie him. “Hey, you got to watch out, I might get fangirls here.”

Lui giggled, wrestling him off, “But Delirious your mom’s not here.” He spoke in his squeaker voice which got him into another headlock.

Evan watched the scene with careful eyes, his body calmed down and now that he can see the other closer, well not right on top of him close, he can see why he had that mini panic attack back there.

The man was tall, slender, and for the life of it, Evan already felt the build he had under that baggy ‘H20Delirious’ shirt. Delirious had light skin with little freckles on his cheeks. Evan eyed the black hair and blushed from the memory of getting buried in it. What he thought would have been short like his online character, Delirious, the one in front of him, had it long, just enough to go over his ears and touch the bass of his neck. It was mostly straight but the ends curled inward, framing his face and neck in wild frenzies.
