The town of Cultespuelge, Pennsylvania, 28th August 2017

I'm Corinne Fitzgerald, 18 year old, freshman in college. The university told us to go earlier that day.

We were all together, Me, the parents, Nolan, Milo, my baby brother Asa. The clock read 08 : 43 when the breaking news played.

"Breaking news- A 14-year old boy in Perrington Avenue, Just outside Millcreek Township, died of a breathing difficulty after waking up earlier this morning for reasons that are currently investigated by a team of local pulmonologists from ADEA in South St. Mary's. Current results confirm that there were no murder attempts nor where there any suicide attempts and that the cause of death remains largely unidentifiable."

"Jesus." Dad said.

"Dr. Dave Atblume predicts that this occurence is a very complex case of energy absorption from children through direct face-to-face contact. The 52-year old neurologist explained that this phenomenon has once occurred back in the late 1950s in some parts of Europe."

"I have right here the proof! this has occured once before! The boy showed no abnormalities in breathing patterns before he died. Readings from his frontal lobe show no stress and his medulla oblongata shows no abnormalities! His parents sucked out his energy!"

"According to the neurologist, the energy absorption simply works when an adult opens his mouth in front of his children for a duration longer than 30 seconds. As of today, Health affairs has issued an official mandate for face-to-face contact between parents and children for duration longer than 15 seconds. Ministry spokesperson John Delange, Sr. announced earlier that as of this morning symptoms are being looked into and the production of a remedy is in queue.

"What a load of crap, that's the biggest pile of horseshit i've seen in years."

"Yeah. Mom has given me a lot of earfuls for years and i'm breathing!" Nolan said 

"Finish your breakfast." Mom said as we all laughed.
