Scenario:
Izuku and Katsuki moved away from each other after high school. But a few years later Izuku comes to New York where Katsuki moved to. They run into each other at a restraunt and that night Izuku goes home with Katsuki. Katsuki and Izuku end up sleeping together most nights for the remainder of the time Izuku was staying there. Even after Izuku left the two of them kept talking. A few months later they end up actually dating. It's long distance for about three years then Izuku finally just moves in with Katsuki. They get married four years later.
