"Is this certain cookie available now?" Ace is currently talking to Irene on the phone. Irene said she needed to go through some errands so he left Ace and Siena after breakfast.

He hears Irene chuckle. "Yes, Ace. She said she has nothing to do today. She'll be preparing lunch, I think."

Lunch?

"Lunch?"

"Yeah. I mentioned that you'll be going there so she said it'll be best if you eat lunch there." Irene explains. Ace is now carrying Siena up. The little one said that she'll be picking his dad's clothes for today too.

Ace sighs. "Isn't that a little too much? I mean, we could at least help with preparing."

Irene cracks out a laugh because of what Ace said. "You know, you're very smart but I don't know why you're nervous at this point. You can hurry up and change so you can help her prepare, don't you think?"

Right.

Ace doesn't even know if he's in his right mind at the moment. Considering the fact that meeting someone that his daughter is fond of is making him nervous, other than that, he looks like a kid who's scared of getting an injection.

"Daddy, I'm done." Siena hugs the clothes she ends up picking as she pushes the cabinet close with her free hand.

"We'll get changed and go there. Thanks, Rene."

"Bye!"

Ace puts Siena down to sit on the bed as he looks through the clothes Siena chose for him. It always surprises Ace how Siena has a much better fashion-style than him. He smiles as he sees a simple T-shirt partnered with knee-length shorts.

Settling the clothing down, Ace leans down to kiss Siena's cheek, much to the younger one's giggles. "Thank you for choosing daddy's clothes, angel."

"Did Siena do well?"

"Yup! Angel did very well! Let's get you changed now, okay?" Siena giggles as she nods. Ace ends up choosing for the little one's clothes — a simple tee partnered with Siena's favorite denim skirt.

Ace ends up changing Siena first before himself. It didn't really take long for the both of them to get ready. Finally getting what Siena needs along with what Ace's phone, wallet and the key to the apartment, they walk out and Ace gives Siena the honor to knock.

Also, Ace didn't know what else to bring for this cookie so he decides to just bring a small pot of flower that he's been taking care of for a few months now though it's still a small plant as of now.

At least three knocks later when a woman very familiar to Ace opens the door.

Oh.

It's the woman he was with inside the elevator and if Ace isn't hallucinating, it's also the woman he thinks is the new worker in the café he often goes to to buy Siena some pastries.

"Hi, love." The woman greets Siena is such a pleasant voice. Siena gets out of Ace's hold and takes a few steps to hug her. "Hello, cookie!"

Ace won't lying when he says that the scene in front of him is very much pleasing to see. He melts at the sight.

"Uhm, hey." Ace tries not to sound too awkward though he miserably fails to do so. The woman shifts her gaze from Siena to Ace and lets out a soft smile.

She stands straight, motioning for the both of them to come in. "Hi, Ace, right?"

Ace nods and politely smiles before extending his hands to hand over the small plant he brought. "I actually don't know what else I could bring but I hope this is enough."
