Illya almost cried of happiness because they they all got harmed while running away from them and it hurt like hell. Everyone else sighs in relief. Illya stared at the tree hoping it magically drops some food like it did with the weapons. Illya stared at it with the others for a few minutes and gave up.
Since the barrier was seethrough they decided to check. Bright was the last one that reached the barrier because hes literally traumatized from it. Olive touches it but it doesnt burn him. Good news but bad news, it doesnt harm them anymore but their still stuck. Eliza panicked about starving in here. But everyone noticed one thing. The neighbourhood was lively.
Bright tried shouting for them to help him and his friends. A mother and her daughter noticed them. They walked to the maze and stared at them. The mother looked at them with a sad face and so did her daughter. The mother left without a word as the daughter stayed. Illya didn't like talking to people but he had to. " hey.. do you know whats happening? Were trapped in here.. " said illya as he waved at the young girl. The young girl hugged her doll and said " My mother says that people that get stuck in here are cursed. My mother is getting the person who created this seal. " and than the young girl walked away. After half an hour a man approached the barrier. The four friends looked so happy as they thought they were gonna get out of here. The man looked at the in pity and walked into the maze and gave them some food and exited the maze. Before the man actually left he said " if you were a normal person you would be able to leave the barrier.. but it seems like the moment you entered it trapped you in here because you are somewhat related to the mimics. I'm sorry. I cant let you leave. " and walked away.
