It was already nine in the evening when you decided to look at the balloons, Chifuyu, your fiance, readied for you, the love of his life. Today is your third anniversary with him, and there is a party which sadly have two invited persons only, you and Chifuyu of course.
There are gifts with polka dots designed wrappers wrapping the big boxes, there are red, blue, gold, and white balloons you've always loved, there are also a two leveled white chocolate cake, and there's the best— a king sized bed in the center of the room. This room is normally... ugly, but now it's simply decorated and cleaned making it look like a proper apartment for a twenty five year old pet shop owner.
"Should I bring this home? Maybe my little brother will like these balloons." You scanned the balloons and ended up holding the gold one in your hands. "Whoa, it looks glossy, but feels like a normal balloon to me." You said and looked at the stiffen face of Chifuyu.
He keeps thinking about the word home. Are you going home? Is it goodnight? Is it a go? Should he invite you to just sleep here with him?
"Ah hehe, (y/n), how about we eat cake (again)?" He ended up saying words that'll probably make you stay.
On the other hand, weighing your options too. You want to stay with him for tonight, but you're kind of needed in your own home. "Ah yes yes. I really liked it, I want to taste it again." You fooled yourself into thinking you need more things to discover or have fun with in Chifuyu's apartment to stay with him just a little more.
"Where did you buy this?" You asked the undercut haired guy in front of you as you sit on the small diner table he had in his apartment.
