Day 1: We're on Week 3!!! I think I'm finally starting to gather up some motivation, which is a good thing! Also, I have been thinking about this long and hard ever since a few days ago, and I've finally made up my mind. I don't think I've ever mentioned this last week, but recently I've been starting to notice that telekinesis doesn't feel right for me. I keep asking myself why I want to practice telekinesis, but the more that I think about it, the more I that I realize I've never actually had a reason or purpose to practice telekinesis in the first place. From now on, I'm just going to be focusing on vitakinesis, as it is an ability I feel more comfortable to grow and develop. Anyways, here's the new playlist:

Day 2: Oh boy am I addicted to my phone. I really need to detach. So far nothing much has been happening with vitakinesis. In the process of learning it tho.

Day 3: Whenever I listen to my playlist, my hands always feel warm and tingly. I'm just going to consider that to be a sign 😁. Also, my updates are going to be shorter now since I do recognize the fact that this is a journal that's mainly supposed to focus on my journey, so I'll try not to rant on here anymore lolll.

Day 4: I'm starting to feel more positive. I also think I got some sort of result today. Recently my appetite started decreasing, and I would never feel hungry. I started to feel a little bit scared wondering if there was something up with my body, so I started affirming and putting the intention that I have a healthy digestive system and I'm eating meals on time. It actually worked! Dunno if it's considered to be a sign or not, but I'll take it 😊.

Day 5: I think my appetite is getting better. I even cleaned the house today. I notice that I'm starting to be more aware of my physical and mental health. I'm going out to play tennis, keeping my environment clean, and reflecting on my thoughts. A part of me is starting to understand how I can't just heal other people if my own health isn't good. I can't neglect my own health if I want to help others.

Day 6: I listened to a bunch of boosters, and I feel super positive. I went out to play tennis again, and my body started feeling super sore when I got back home 😅.

Day 7: So it turns out, I basically hurt my foot yesterday when playing tennis, and I didn't feel the pain until this morning. I decided to put my healing powers to the test, so I affirmed and tried to feel the pain go away, and it worked lol. It's starting to feel natural now honestly.

My prediction from last week was right haha. This week was definitely better, and vitakinesis is starting to feel more natural for me. I'm starting to live a healthier lifestyle, and I hope you guys enjoyed this week's update.Week 4 shall be coming out soon...
