It seems like I totally fell in love with his personality... I have to say, it's one of the best personalities from all the anime/manga/webcomics I've seen and read so far that is not related to something supernatural.
For those who don't know the manhwa, I definitely recommend to read it. It's about Na Hwajin, who works at the Teacher's Rights Protection agency and therefore, he goes to schools and corrects them. For example, when there is a case in a school where the students bully others, they visit it and observe the actions of the students and teachers. If they decide that their behaviours are not correct, they can use every method there is to put them back right on track.
Either way, for those who have seen this and have read until here, I'm going to write a Na Hwajin X Reader story in the far future. I hope there are at least some people out there who also like him and maybe give this story a try once I start with it and it's out. :)
